It is hands down the most beautiful venue in all of New Jersey. It literally feels like an absolute fairytale being brought to life. Every corner, every detail, every view is just breathtaking. We kept looking around the entire night thinking, "we really got married here?" I still cannot believe we were able to have our wedding at a place this stunning. It is truly top tier. But what made everything even more incredible was the staff. Every single person we interacted with, our maitre d' and coordinator especially, and the entire team, were beyond professional. I mean truly beyond. Nothing was short of absolute perfection with them. Everything was organized, seamless, and handled with such care and precision. I thought one or two things could go wrong because that's just how weddings go. But No mistakes with this staff. What honestly shocked us the most was how many of our vendors pulled us aside just to rave about the staff. Not one, not two, but multiple vendors stopped us and said that in all the weddings they've worked, they have never seen a team this organized and professional. They told us they go to weddings every single weekend, and that this was on another level. Hearing that from people who are constantly in this industry really put into perspective just how incredible this team is. On top of that, my husband and I were honestly so overwhelmed throughout the day, and the staff just took over everything in the best way possible. We brought in so many personal items and decor pieces, fully expecting that at the end of the night we'd probably lose a few things here and there because things get chaotic and things get misplaced. But somehow, they packed every single item back exactly how we brought it, and loaded everything into our car without breaking a sweat. They even escorted us out and sent us on our way with a huge smile at the end of the night. And the food... I don't even have the words. We didn't add anything extra, this was just their standard offering, and our 250 guests are still talking about it. So many people told us it was the best cocktail hour they have ever seen in their lives. The amount of food, the quality, the presentation, it was beyond anything we expected. She put everything together so seamlessly that we were able to simply enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single detail. From the moment I arrived at the Castle, I was greeted by our wonderful maître d' and immediately felt completely taken care of. I was also welcomed by two beautiful young ladies, Nicole and Adriana, who were personally by my side from the second I stepped out of the car and throughout the entire day. I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible they were. They helped clean and bustle my dress, kept my lipstick in their pockets and made sure it was reapplied throughout the night, made sure I was always fed and hydrated, and constantly checked that I had absolutely everything I needed. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. I never once had to worry about anything -- they were always one step ahead of me. I truly felt like a princess that entire day. The amount of care and attention they gave me allowed me to be completely present and enjoy every second of my wedding. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests still cannot stop talking about it! Before the wedding, one of our concerns was whether there would be enough food for everyone, but looking back, we laugh because we simply did not realize the level at which The Legacy Castle operates. The amount, variety, presentation, and quality of the food completely exceeded anything we could have imagined. We added the sushi boats, which were a HUGE success with our guests and absolutely worth it. And then came the Viennese display -- it honestly felt like walking into Willy Wonka's chocolate room. Everywhere you looked there was something beautiful and delicious. It was over-the-top in the absolute best way and such an unforgettable way to end the night. The level of care was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It wasn't simply good service -- it felt personal. When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we'd PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life's work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. Save your money and make your own bouquet because these people clearly do not care about their customers or their work.

When I walked into the church, the first thing I said was how sparce the arrangment looked. She had the arrangement quite a bit higher than the urn, but did not fill in with flowers. She used white roses, which had a green tint. According to her that was because of the species of the rose. Four days later, three of the roses rotted at their base and fell of the stems. The blue delphinium had some blooms, but alot of stringy areas with buds, but no blooms. The arrangement did not look at all like the picture.

I have time today…read more Just so you know now before you read the whole review, WE LET HER GO and lost our 50% deposit. I will post some screens just so you can see what the conversation was like. I was very straight forward with her and when I had my now husband to fire her, she told him she didn't know I was upset. When we actually fired her, she left a nonchalant voicemail and text with no formal apology. We booked our wedding venue in January 5, 2019 and I was going back and forth if I wanted to hire her full service. We chose her A La Carte event designing and gave her 50% deposit on February 20, 2019. ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION: The first thing I noticed was she was disorganized and I did not feel like she valued our business. I observed our meetings that she didn't write clear notes on my vision. I noticed myself always initiating a follow-up for everything. For example, I needed to know a quote for a design idea and I gave her extra time to get a quote but I had to wait for a long long time. All we did was wait for her! So much so that it was 3 months to the wedding and NOTHING was done. She won't VOLUNTARILY communicate what it was that was prohibiting her from following-up with us. She would always use the excuse that she was getting too many messages from other brides and my message got lost. Yes, something personal did happen in her life and I understood that but as a business woman myself, I would have sent a formal email to ALL CLIENTS letting them know what is happening. We didn't feel like she conducted her business communications well, especially after forking a 50% deposit early on. RESOURCEFULNESS & CREATIVITY She definitely was not the most resourceful when it comes to ideas and didn't negotiate prices. All the quotes were out of this world ridiculous. I initially wanted to fill the place with white balloons, that was gonna either cost 12K, 10K or 9K. Then we wanted streamers on the walls and ceilings which will costs 25K. Me and my husband are artists and we needed someone to think outside the box. She is not that type of planner. She was not after my heart when it comes to my vision and decoration ideas. She didn't pay attention to what I've said REPEATEDLY. I told her I didn't want flowers anywhere and no table runners and no girly, frilly things. She tried to fit us in the COMMON BRIDAL BOX time and time again to do what she's done over and over again and it was absolutely frustrating repeating myself. I was VERY CLEAR from the beginning, we didn't want the basic and common wedding ideas and I urged her to think outside the box. I figured if she was proud to be creative, she can handle it..... clearly, no. WHAT WE ENDED UP DOING My husband, friends and family, especially my mom, did ALL of the decorations. It was stressful but I would rather do that than continue working with her. We didn't care about the deposit because she was stressing me out because of her lack of just basic business skills.
