Well... what can I say about The Well? A LOT of good things The atmosphere is so cheerful & inviting. You can sit inside or outside there are plenty of tables. Great place to bring kids to work off some energy on the playground. Definitely carve out some time to visit you will want to stay a while & savor the experience. The coffee , tea & chocolate chip cookie was oh so delicious! My husband gave his coffee 8/10 & my chamomile lemongrass decaf tea was a 10/10! Highly recommend! Service was awesome too! I'd been to a different Well location years ago and while it wasn't my favorite, I was interested to try the Franklin location. The indoor was spacious and very well lit with natural light! There was plenty of free parking outside the store as well. The staff were very kind and gave us their recommendations! My friends and I got a spicy mocha and peppermint mocha (seasonal item). I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they both were!! The drinks were smooth. The spicy mocha had the perfect balance of being spice-forward and sweetness. I love the Well. I got the Sweet Heat Salmon Bagel and I love the flavors and textures of the salmon, hot honey, avacodo, and cucumber. This is my first time eating hot honey and it provided a good punch to the salmon. I also had a sweetened Chai tea and a water. I love Chai tea when it's not spicy so I like how they had a sweetened option. The restaurant was very busy, but that's good for business. read more

Having the Well Coffeehouse in Cool Springs is so exciting. They have amazing coffee, delicious food, a lovely shop to hang out, and it's all for a good cause. I checked this new location out on the first morning of their soft opening. Everything was already running smoothly. Plug their address into maps and they are the stand alone building in the green area. They don't have a large sign yet, but you can see in to see that it's a coffee shop. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My coffee and breakfast burrito were ready without a long wait. I ordered the John The Gardener hot and it was delicious to the last sip. It's a seasonal drink with basil, lavender, and blueberry. The syrups had a lovely flavor, but didn't overpower the coffee taste. My Daybreak breakfast burrito was really good. The portion was filling, but not over the top. The egg, Colby Jack cheese, bacon , and sweet potato were tasty together. The shop has a lot of windows for plenty of sunshine on nice days. It's very open and inviting. They have a mix of tables and booths. On the first morning of business there were already plenty of people on laptops working. If you aren't familiar with The Well Coffeehouse then you should look it up. It's not "just" great coffee, it's for a great cause. Coffee lovers won't want to miss out on this one! Great coffee shop! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the coffee is really good. There is seating both indoors and outside, and the food is good also. Being in the middle of an office building complex the location feels a little hidden, but it is worth seeking it out! read more

Love this new spot! Super clean, modern, and spacious. The tall windows bring in so much good light and makes the shop so airy and bright! Great place to meet up with a friend or get some work done. Also love that there is a nice park area behind the shop where you can walk around and hang out. And of course, their coffee is amazing and the biscuits are always a must-get. I tried their breakfast burrito (Athena) for the first time and it was amazing. Hearty and filling. I will be coming back here!!! read more

I have complicated feelings about the Well in Cool Springs. I LOVE the grass space outside for kids to play while the grown ups chat and drink coffee. The avocado toast is very good (albeit overpriced for the size). Coffee drinks are fine but not my favorite. The big downside to me is the wait. Every time I order a coffee and/or food it's 20-30+ minutes to get my order. Who has that time? I've seen people see the line and leave because they know it's gonna take forever. Today I placed my order online before driving over and it STILL took almost 40 minutes. That's crazy! read more

I came to eat, but there was a 50-minute wait for any food from the kitchen (they said they were low on staff), so I grabbed coffee to go instead. I tried the Vanilla Bourbon and didn't realize it came as a blended iced coffee, but it was tasty - there was however an issue and the staff was kind to remake the drink for me as a regular vanilla iced latte. The area is cute, plenty of free parking with an open city like park between the business centers - nice for a quick stroll, hang out area, or coffee break if you work nearby. read more

If I could, absolutely zero. Not trying to be dramatic but this place was actually really bad, the people the food and the coffee; all of it turned out awful. My wife and I go in hoping it will take about 20 min. We ask the register attendant, they claim it is a 25 min wait, which is fine. We sit outside and enjoy the park and the music, 45 minutes later we are still waiting for our SIMPLE breakfast sandwiches. I go and ask how much longer, since we have a pre arranged event to go to. They claim "it'll be out soon". I sit back down and watch everyone else that came after us get their food. At this point I go and ask to have everything to go, I elect to wait right at the register, hoping it helps make things faster. All said and done 55 minutes later my simple bacon and egg breakfast sandwich was ready and my wife's breakfast sandwich was too, we took it to go and found a HAIR inside of her sandwich and both of ours were cold.... They are either intentional or just incompetent. read more

First visit and very pleasantly surprised by this little gem in Cool Springs. Bright and airy with plenty of inside/outside seating this place is everything a good coffee shop should be and their philanthropic motivation is an added bonus. Delicious coffee ( I had cappuccino) well made and presented complimented by a simple menu of delicious food options ( the fruit toast was divine) to suit every palate. I'll say this, great setting, especially on a nice day...park and a playground where kids can run. But it took close to 30 minutes to get 2 lattes, an avocado toast, and couple of biscuits. Finally got our order, only to find out they forgot one of the biscuits. Had to go back and ask for it agin, and they just served it ice cold. They are just overwhelmed between in-person and mobile orders and can't keep up (one espresso machine). On top of the delay, the coffee isn't good (very bland...like water), nor is the food. read more
