    Peppermint mocha and spicy mocha

I'd been to a different Well location years ago and while it wasn't my favorite, I was interested to try the Franklin location. The indoor was spacious and very well lit with natural light! There was plenty of free parking outside the store as well. The staff were very kind and gave us their recommendations! My friends and I got a spicy mocha and peppermint mocha (seasonal item). I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they both were!! The drinks were smooth. The spicy mocha had the perfect balance of being spice-forward and sweetness. Would definitely recommend !

Fun atmosphere to get a cup of coffee! Good location with parking. Plus outdoor area to sit and few steps away a play area. Staff is fantastic and greeted right away. Place is light and airy! Love that it's caused based and money goes towards water access projects! Cubano was great, not too sweet. Latte with almond milk was great! Nice sized serving and prices! Definitely would be back!

Sweet Heat Salmon Bagel and a sweetened Chai tea latte.

I love the Well. I got the Sweet Heat Salmon Bagel and I love the flavors and textures of the salmon, hot honey, avacodo, and cucumber. This is my first time eating hot honey and it provided a good punch to the salmon. I also had a sweetened Chai tea and a water. I love Chai tea when it's not spicy so I like how they had a sweetened option. The restaurant was very busy, but that's good for business.

Having the Well Coffeehouse in Cool Springs is so exciting. They have amazing coffee, delicious food, a lovely shop to hang out, and it's all for a good cause. I checked this new location out on the first morning of their soft opening. Everything was already running smoothly. Plug their address into maps and they are the stand alone building in the green area. They don't have a large sign yet, but you can see in to see that it's a coffee shop. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My coffee and breakfast burrito were ready without a long wait. I ordered the John The Gardener hot and it was delicious to the last sip. It's a seasonal drink with basil, lavender, and blueberry. The syrups had a lovely flavor, but didn't overpower the coffee taste. My Daybreak breakfast burrito was really good. The portion was filling, but not over the top. The egg, Colby Jack cheese, bacon , and sweet potato were tasty together. The shop has a lot of windows for plenty of sunshine on nice days. It's very open and inviting. They have a mix of tables and booths. On the first morning of business there were already plenty of people on laptops working. If you aren't familiar with The Well Coffeehouse then you should look it up. It's not "just" great coffee, it's for a great cause. Coffee lovers won't want to miss out on this one! Check them out.

Great coffee shop! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the coffee is really good. There is seating both indoors and outside, and the food is good also. Being in the middle of an office building complex the location feels a little hidden, but it is worth seeking it out!

I came to eat, but there was a 50-minute wait for any food from the kitchen (they said they were low on staff), so I grabbed coffee to go instead. I tried the Vanilla Bourbon and didn't realize it came as a blended iced coffee, but it was tasty - there was however an issue and the staff was kind to remake the drink for me as a regular vanilla iced latte. The area is cute, plenty of free parking with an open city like park between the business centers - nice for a quick stroll, hang out area, or coffee break if you work nearby.

GF sweet potato biscuit add bacon, whole milk cappuccino, almond milk matcha latte 1/2 sweet, and a blueberry muffin

I've even been to the neighboring 7 eleven and PF Changs...and still never noticed! Well all that changed this week when I was leaving the office and had a craving for something that wasn't just a coffee...or water. I was resigned to just swing by Starbucks and scoop up a cold brew when out the corner of my eye I saw this Tropical Smoothie...I made a left at the next light and whipped on in with delight! Funny thing is I ended up getting the Mocha Madness, which is a coffee based smoothie, but it wasn't just a cold brew...and it was extra delicious and healthy-ish, so win-win! The interior of the store is bright and larger than it appears from the outside. They have several tables lining the walls and a spacious ordering area/counter. Inside was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't remember what I had gotten last time I visited a TS, so I gave them what I was after taste profile wise and they helped point me back to the Mocha Madness. Overall, happy to now know that this place is here - Certainly will be added to my weekly rotation!

I believe this makes 5x in a row so I thought I'd step up and say something. I won't go through all of them, but here is a synopsis of the last two. My nephew had a football game at Centennial High this last fall, so we went to grab a pizza from the counter (you know how high school boys can eat). It was fairly late so they had several partial pizzas available by the slice. My wife and I tried to order a pizza and were told it was too late (really!!) so we asked if they could put together a whole pizza for the slices that were being sold "by the slice." We were also told no. I was dumbfounded, they said we had to order them by the slice only. They looked like they were sitting for a bit so I thought I was doing them a favor. Not to mention, they had what looked like four employees just conversing and on their phones. This morning my elderly parents were craving pizza so even though we have had multiple negative experiences, I thought; what the hell, we haven't tried them since last fall. I called, a woman with a kind voice answered and I thought finally a positive. I apologize for not being able to find the different pizza options on your website and she transferred me to the "ready to eat" counter. Unfortunately, they weren't ready to answer the phone because after several minutes on hold we were hung up on. If this was just a one time occurrence I would be fine but this seems to be their common practice. Customer facing employees must have better customer service. I will just grab a few pizzas from another place, I don't know if this is a reflexion on Whole Foods or just that Ready to Eat crew. Either way we probably won't be back for a while.

Whole Foods in general are always so refreshing to be in from the condition of the store to the cleanliness, service, fresh food and of course...the hot food stations! I have popped into this location many times over the years, sometimes for full shopping experiences, other times for a quick lunch and on occasion, for an Amazon return. Each visit is fairly effortless and stress-free. The only part that can be slightly painful is parking, and getting in and out of the place...this complex is very busy! Service is always stellar whether on the floor, behind a counter or at the registers. Overall, while I am a Kroger loyalist, I make it point to swing by this Whole Foods anytime I need...or want!
