I really appreciate how many GF options are available for snacks here. The blueberry muffin was delicious and I couldn't even tell it's GF. They have a lot of snack options like protein bites, deviled eggs, chicken salad, and quinoa salad too. They also have a ton of milk alternatives. I am currently loving the pumpkin chai with almond milk. It's an adorable space with a french bistro vibe and the customer service has been great every time I've come in.

Recommend: Yes. Boutique-ish, styled wonderfully, attentive Wait Staff. All presented with lovely interior design, bright, clean and a smidgen up-step from your regular $7.25 coffee shops. The business isn't a year old, the owners (possibly??) live in California but unconfirmed. Some casual swag and simple but elegant seating and a small outside patio. Drinks were good, nothing extraordinary but definitely a restful and calm spot to have a sip and talk with someone. Recommended to me by a friend as we were passing through Franklin. Worth the stop. Didn't get to try their own brand of coffee though... Ugh, guess I have to stop back in next time!

Such a cute and relaxing spot! I was really excited about this place because they home-make their syrups and have a good variety of them. I had never had banana syrup so I tried it at a half-sweet level and it was perfect. Good quality coffee and people, what more can ya want? I also tried the sausage burrito which was nice and light and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

What a delightful little gem I stumbled upon! I needed to escape the house for a few hours and found myself wandering toward Thompson's Station with a sudden craving for a proper coffee fix--nothing corporate, nothing chain, just something real and local. A quick search for the highest-rated independent coffee shops nearby led me straight to Settlers Coffee & Provisions, and wow, am I ever grateful it did! Tucked right in the charming heart of Thompson's Station, this adorable spot feels like it was plucked from a storybook. Parking was an absolute breeze--I snagged a spot directly out front like it was waiting just for me. The moment I walked in, the warm, inviting vibe wrapped around me like a hug. The owners greeted me with the kind of genuine Southern hospitality that instantly makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Their smiles and easy conversation were the perfect start to my morning. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a Hazelnut Mocha, and let me tell you--both were nothing short of perfection. The burrito was hearty, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with fresh flavors that hit all the right spots. And that Hazelnut Mocha? Heavenly. Rich, velvety espresso balanced beautifully with smooth hazelnut and just the right touch of chocolate--easily one of the best mochas I've ever had. Settlers Coffee & Provisions isn't just a coffee shop; it's a little slice of small-town magic. Cozy, delicious, and run by the friendliest people around. I'm already daydreaming about my next visit--this place has officially earned a permanent spot on my caffeine-craving rotation! Highly, highly recommend!

Frank is a wonderful host, and Cathy did a wonderful job of managing the kitchen. Their staff is equally friendly and professional. The coffee at Just Love is excellent, but frankly the best reason to go to Just Love is their amazing breakfast and lunch menu. There is literally other coffee shop that even comes close to the food choices available at Just Love. It is what makes Just Love more than just another coffee shop. It is as good a breakfast and lunch cafe as any in the Spring Hill area. If your taste runs to omelets, bacon (extra crispy please), waffles, salads, etc. Just Love has you covered. Their niche, if you will, is to cook many of their food items in a waffle iron. It truly makes their omelets special. They also have a signature item that is a tater tot waffle that is truly delicious. Just Love has been, is, and probably always will be our go to place for a delicious coffee and breakfast on Sunday.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

To be honest, I don't drink coffee. So I can't comment on their coffee prowess. However, I do eat…read moreAcai bowls, so I'll furrow a few words in that direction. Wonderful flavors and textures abound in the bowl, which is actually a plastic container. That oil based concoction housed a tasty mix of fruit and granola that topped a silky base of pureed Acai berries. Fresh, refreshing, and replenishing. Your container of health can be topped with such selections as almond or peanut butter, and honey. It makes for a satisfying cornucopia of goodness. The bowl would be perfect if it were served in a paper canister rather than a plastic one. It seems counter-productive that eating healthy is being thwarted by the use of chemical based products. I'm not a hippie protesting lunatic. Quite the contrary. I really only eat healthy when I'm visiting my daughter. She inspires me to do so. So it seems to me that if eating healthy is the right thing to do, shouldn't it be done full measure? Shouldn't healthy food be served healthy? Soapbox relinquished, I've stepped down from that lofty perch. Go to Honest Coffee and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Eat, drink, and be happy. Quick Tip: Don't be dissuaded by the seemingly high price. Good taste and good fun are worth the price of admission. The matinee of life is viewed through eyes of hope. I hope to pay another visit to Honest Coffee in the not too distant future!
