Came here with my boyfriend for breakfast. We spent $35 for an extremely watered down chai that tasted like cinnamon water, a coffee he had to make for himself, a cold breakfast burrito that was poorly wrapped, and a "Nutella stuffed waffle" that cost $9 and was only half a waffle, was not stuffed with anything, and wasn't topped with whipped cream like described. The rest of the toppings on it were very conservative too. We are both extremely disappointed and will not be back. Neither of us ever really leave reviews but we both felt the need to this time. read more

So over-priced. None of the menu items are special. I imagine they shopped at a grocery store and just heated up the food for me. I could have done that for myself at home. The $11 avocado toast was ridiculous. It did not have fresh avocado on it. It was just the grocery store spreadable kind that comes out of a plastic container. To pay $5 for a plain bagel is outrageous. All you did was toast it and put a pat of butter on the plate. read more

We've been going here almost weekly since it opened and always been fans. We could let go showing up and the staff not being there, the menu changes, and the order mess ups because the coffee was good. The last two times I've been there I've had to dump my coffee out, it was so bad. It's extremely watered down. There is no flavor. We hope they can get their act together. read more

I met a friend here for coffee. Parking can be a bit tricky here, but I managed to get a good spot, my friend, however, left to find a $50 parking ticket on her car, ouch. Really the important thing in a coffee shop is coffee, right? While I had no trouble with my order, my friend was told they couldn't make her first three coffee orders, so she had to go with her fourth choice. We did not order food and I am not certain what they serve but I am certain that when I drove home my clothes smelled like a restaurant kitchen. Passed by a few times and decided to stop in with the hubby to get an order To Go. It was completely packed when we walked in, and it was all guys working or hanging out there. I only saw two women having coffee on their own. Just surprised, because I haven't been to a coffee shop where it's like 98% guys. It's a really nice place and the person behind the counter was fantastic - they had great energy and welcoming. We ordered at Cortado and Cold Press, and both were great! Also ordered the Breakfast Slider with bacon. It was a filling little sandwich, and very tasty! Waffle was great and delicious. We also ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. We really thought it came on a biscuit (didn't see the pics online) and when we got home realized it was a waffle. Gave it a try - and it was AMAZING! Who knew? The coffee is good. I might even say really good. But the service has been really lackluster every time I've been in. It takes a really long time to get your coffee, and even when several people are waiting for their order to be made the barista will be chatting with the other staff. I've seen this just about every time I've been here. And the food isn't very good. They have some interesting items on the menu, but it never ends up being as good as it should be, or as I imagine based on the description. The saving grace is that it is right across from the amazing Jeni's ice cream shop. Came in for a quick breakfast while waiting for the storage place to open. My son attends Tenn State University and we were picking up his items to go back for the fall semester. It was wonderful. So this is how it was made, well appears to be made! -To toast 1 slice of bread into a waffle maker because they are fancy I guess -Put pre-packaged "avocado" spread-tasted like the Sabra gucamole snack spread You get with thin pretzels -Possible Tbsp of Feta -A sprinkle of oregano -1 slice of tomato cut in half (so it can truly only fit half of the 1 piece of toast then you add 2 thin slices of cucumber- because your fancy???!!! She handed me 2 smuckers syrup that had syrup dripping off them like they were either opened or sitting in syrup. This place needs to take some pride in what they are giving out or just close now. We ordered two coffee drinks, a breakfast burrito, and waffles. My mother-in-law has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair to get around. She wanted to eat outdoors so we secured one of two tables. I brought her the coffee drinks and then waited for our food, which a server brought out to us. The coffee and food were delicious, but it was getting hot at our table and they only had one giant umbrella outside. The nice folks next to us actually slid the umbrella over when they were done eating, but we were pretty much done as well. That's my only minor complaint. read more

I asked them if this is how it was supposed to be and they said yes. Don't recommend this particular branch at all. Ambience is ok but food quality and quantity was awful.
