My father lived at the Reserve for 3 days. 3 Days!!! On the third day he went to the emergency…read moreroom. The next day he had a heart attack and died. The Reserve was paid 4,500 when he moved in. They now want to collect another 9 thousand dollars from his corpse. No meals. No care. No use of utilities. 9 thousand dollars from a deadman's body. This company is a committee of vultures picking at the carrion of a dead veteran. Go somewhere else!!!

From the administration to nurses, CNA's, dining staff and cleaning staff! Their room is bright and spacious and kept clean! Medical attention is quick when needed. We get calls if there are ever concerns and updates if one of them has any issue. The daily activities are perfect for their mental level. I was visiting one day when Our Dad got up from his dining table after lunch - grabbed his walker -and said: 'I have to go join the circle in the community room now. They always have something fun to do!" Even with his dementia he knew it was a good thing!! (This actually surprised me as he was never super enthusiastic about anything when he and my Mom lived alone at home). There is always an activity they can take part in. The feel of The Reserve is quite posh compared to other facilities I checked in the area. It's very pleasant to visit. My sisters and I really recommend The Reserve to anyone looking to Place their Parent or Parents in a safe, comfortable, clean facility. We feel confident in all aspects of the Reserve. We hope my parents will enjoy many more years here!

I could go on and on with video from my moms room and audio to prove the care she was given was totally unprofessional , lack of help or aids and nurses that have had no experience with dimencia for the elderly people , all the owners of these two and other assistant living facilities are money hungry self serving so called business big shots that pretend to know about Smtg they don't to make or should I say steal money from these poor elderly people . The expectations when my mom went in we're very hi because of the agreement we signed and what we were promised, truly believing they had her best intrest and health would always come first , and they proved themselves to big bullshitters and con artist in my book. My mom has now passed and if I could of changed her last 4 yrs living arrangements I would have , this place THE IVY, THE ARBORS , and the rest of the family facility's should be shut down for lack of just about everything they promised to my mom and her family!! She had bruises that couldn't be explained not being changed for days no showers no companionship, just a room for her to be lonely in!! It was so sad and hard to watch these last yrs of her life, i even had to get the health dept involved because of what I witnessed on camera, the health dept did find fault with this facility falsifying records and more , so now they have a record with the health dept with wrong doings so to anyone out there looking to put their loved ones in a facility please do your homework first and make sure the owners and directors and nursing staff, aids are top notch or you will regret your choice, i promise you!! THANKYOU!
