Specifically, I wanted to clarify which version of the product they are currently using, as there is a significant distinction between the injectable form and the topical serum. After receiving no response to my email over the weekend, I called the spa today to get information. The person who answered, Henry, was dismissive and unhelpful. When I explained my question, he repeatedly asked what I was trying to ask, despite me having just clearly stated it. It felt like he was intentionally feigning confusion rather than admitting he did not know the answer. When I finally asked to be transferred to a clinical coordinator or someone knowledgeable who could clarify the product, he paused for a long time before telling me he was just a scheduler and could not help. I then asked why he did not connect me with someone who could answer the question from the start, and he merely replied that they were busy and offered to have someone call me back. If they have an email address for inquiries, they should monitor it. If they are going to list a phone number for questions, they should have a system in place to connect clients to someone who actually understands the services they provide. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience for seeking basic information about a treatment involving my face. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude are not acceptable for a medical spa. I have zero confidence in their process and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Because I came in previously, they gave me a good price to do my entire face. Overall went well and they iced my face for me after since I had a long drive back. I did have hyperpigmentation for a couple of months after but now it is mostly clear. It looks more like faded freckles but I don't mind considering I had so much on my face they had to remove. Only two moles came back but doesn't bother me. Overall impressed and would come back and recommend to my friends.

The first thing was to do a virtual consult to make sure the treatment you want to do is appropriate for your skin. Once that's done, and you're given the all-clear, you can book your appointment. I've had all three of my treatments now and I've seen a different person at each appointment by chance and everyone has been super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I also got Botox by my eyebrows/temple area and the forehead area and I'm really happy with the results. TTWD differentiates itself from other medical spas in that they are not only a beautiful and calming space but the staff makes you feel at ease and comfortable discussing all your concerns. After I texted, they dialed my number for only for a few seconds (you can tell it rings only once and they hang up just to make it look like they tried), I called back right away within seconds 3x and texted but no response. Never heard from them about cancelling or rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself.
