Specifically, I wanted to clarify which version of the product they are currently using, as there is a significant distinction between the injectable form and the topical serum. After receiving no response to my email over the weekend, I called the spa today to get information. The person who answered, Henry, was dismissive and unhelpful. When I explained my question, he repeatedly asked what I was trying to ask, despite me having just clearly stated it. It felt like he was intentionally feigning confusion rather than admitting he did not know the answer. When I finally asked to be transferred to a clinical coordinator or someone knowledgeable who could clarify the product, he paused for a long time before telling me he was just a scheduler and could not help. I then asked why he did not connect me with someone who could answer the question from the start, and he merely replied that they were busy and offered to have someone call me back. If they have an email address for inquiries, they should monitor it. If they are going to list a phone number for questions, they should have a system in place to connect clients to someone who actually understands the services they provide. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience for seeking basic information about a treatment involving my face. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude are not acceptable for a medical spa. I have zero confidence in their process and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've had all three of my treatments now and I've seen a different person at each appointment by chance and everyone has been super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I also got Botox by my eyebrows/temple area and the forehead area and I'm really happy with the results. TTWD differentiates itself from other medical spas in that they are not only a beautiful and calming space but the staff makes you feel at ease and comfortable discussing all your concerns. When I came to LA Beauty Skin Center, the nurses were so attentive and caring, they took the time to examine it and recommended a cream to help it heal and remove the hyperpigmentation. I've now had three treatments here, with more appointments already scheduled. Their newer laser technology makes a huge difference. The treatments are much less painful, appointments are quick, and the staff always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Ani, who took care of me today, was the sweetest and funniest ever. She made my appointment so enjoyable, and I felt lucky to have her as my provider. I'm from Los Angeles but spend a lot of time in Dallas, Texas, for work and school. Cleopatra called one time (see call history screenshot in red font) ONLY AFTER I asked via text message if they were still going to make it to the 5:30pm phone consultation appt, since I had not yet heard from them after 5min into the appt time. After I texted, they dialed my number for only for a few seconds (you can tell it rings only once and they hang up just to make it look like they tried), I called back right away within seconds 3x and texted but no response. Never heard from them about cancelling or rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself.
