I signed a purchase agreement on a home. A week later they dropped prices on similar homes by $22K. We requested them to adjust the price as any decent national builder would do. But Lennar doesn't give a s**t about you once you are trapped in the contract. So they denied. Never again in my life I'm doing business with this company. I advise you all to also add price drop contingency in your purchase agreement if you decide to deal with the devil or better yet stay away.

Great customer service supporting electrical you installed Lennar. Landscaping is horrible, nor will Lennar let HOA do anything about it. Parking is also insane, be prepared for hundreds of dollars for your first curbside parking pass and $600 for the 2nd car, you need to register guests on an app too and only get a bunch of hours a year. Everyday the Facebook group we have is full of complaints which fall on deaf ears. Right now there's a big thread on Facebook about landscaping, which they have refused to do anything about for years. Nor are we allowed to maintain or do anything about it ourselves. Here's some photos of what your yard will look like after a few months, I'd say stay away till Lennar actually turns over power to HOA to do anything.

They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

The project included completely remodeling two bathrooms and the kitchen, applying a smooth texture finish to all the walls, and installing new tile flooring throughout the home. Joseph and Avi were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. They were honest, knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive whenever I had questions or needed an update. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and I always knew what was happening and what the next steps would be. Their entire team was professional, respectful, and hardworking. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure the work was completed properly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the transformation of the house is incredible. The smooth walls look beautiful, the tile flooring was installed perfectly, and both bathrooms and the kitchen turned out even better than I expected. The entire project was completed in approximately two months, which was very impressive considering the amount of work involved. They stayed organized, kept the project moving, and completed everything within a reasonable timeframe. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive, especially for the quality of work and service they provided. I highly recommend Construction & More to anyone looking for a reliable and professional remodeling company. Joseph, Avi, and their team truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I'm extremely happy with the results, the communication, the pricing, and the overall experience. I would absolutely use them again for any future remodeling project!

They aren't the cheapest out there, but once you see the work they do, it's almost a bargain. I did my research and wanted to find something in the middle- quality without excess. I found these guys. My project manager, Elijah was a total professional and also happens to be a real nice human being. His crew is even better (sorry, Eli). They listened and wanted my input. I grew to trust them quickly and started asking for their opinions about various things along the way to help me decide what to do. As stressful at it is to have people in your house everyday making lots of noise for weeks, I'm actually going to miss these guys. I will definitely hire them in future. I already have new projects in mind, and once the money is there, I'll pick up the phone and get to see my new friends again.

We contracted Prime Design & Build to remodel two bathrooms, a laundry room, a staircase, and to…read moreinstall hardwood flooring. Overall, the project went well, and we're happy with the final results. Bryan, our foreman, was a strong asset to the project. Even though he was managing multiple jobs at the same time, his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way to address our concerns made a big difference. Because we were home throughout the process, we were able to catch issues early and communicate them directly to Bryan, who consistently followed through to resolve them. What Went Well: * The tile and flooring subcontractors were excellent - their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. * Bryan, our foreman, was responsive to texts and phone calls, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed. He even designed a bi-fold closet door for us, and helped pick up all the material to build it. * Bryan also took the initiative to handle several unfinished items himself, which we really appreciated. * The post-build cleaners were top-notch and left the space in pristine condition. * Throughout the project, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and conscientious. There were no conflicts or issues, which made the experience comfortable for us. Areas for Improvement: * The timeline was a pain point. While we were originally told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up stretching to 12 weeks. * The design process fell short of expectations. Because Prime's in-house designers weren't available, our design work was outsourced. We only received a full design package for the master bathroom. As a result, we ended up creating our own renderings for the other rooms to help communicate our vision to the team. That said, we were very happy with the design and material selections for the master bathroom they did complete. We just wish the same level of attention and design support had been provided for the rest of the project. * At times, resource availability was limited, likely due to workers being assigned to multiple jobs. This led to workflow inefficiencies and delays. Toward the end of our renovation, our foreman Bryan had to personally step in to complete several tasks, such as installing faucets, shelving, and baseboards. He managed to get it done in between site visits and meetings, which we appreciated, but it also highlighted a lack of available crew to close out the project. Despite these few challenges, the quality of the work met our expectations. We appreciated the team's effort and the final outcome.
