BUT Beware of their return policy.... It basically leaves no room for an actual return. I have been enjoying the mat at home. I POSTED this review on Facebook and interesting enough my review was deleted and I've been blocked from leaving a review. This explains why ALL the reviews are positive and too good to be true.

I wanted to unwind so booked the Soft Aerial Yoga class with Samantha Sycz. It was indeed soft. Very slow. Like just hanging out in a hammock. So when I was face down in the hammock, I had to take off my BRAND-new glasses--first pair in three years, bought in California. Welp, Sam full-on stepped on them. I heard the crunch. WTF. One arm was at a 45-degree angle. I tried to keep my zen and continue. Could not. Sam told me to go to the front desk. Halle gave me that saccharine-sweet runaround that drives me NUTS, insisting on my phone number and refusing to take any responsibility, saying I would hear the next day. "But pleeeease text me when you get home safely." Um, okay, not necessary. Let's deal with the glasses. I then got an incredibly long gaslighting email about how it was my fault and they would take no responsibility. Said Sam haaad to come over to correct my hands in an inversion so really it was necessary for her to crunch my glasses. Thing is, that isn't even when it happened. The inversion happened after, and it was the point at which I left. I was doing virtually nothing when it actually happened. (That's kinda the class btw.) That all was bad enough. To add insult to injury, I came in on a rainy Saturday morning because I'd already booked the body sculpt class. They checked me in. But as I went to enter the class, Halle came at me all saccharine again. She told me to LEAVE. She had my phone number because of her incredible concern for me (eyes rolling back in my head) yet did not text me to tell this. ClassPass showed I was registered, yet in another longwinded email sent a few hours earlier that Saturday morning (because everyone checks their email and junk mail before a Saturday morning workout lol) they said they had taken me out of class. They didn't, obviously. So I wasted my Saturday morning and lost my ClassPass credits and they lied some more. They had me drive down in the rain to take their lame ass class after breaking my brand-new glasses for nothing. It's all on me!! Not very zen of them, but we know how karma works. I wish the photo of my smashed new glasses would upload. Use your imagination.

There isn't a defined waiting area separate from the class space (it flows together). Because of this, during meditation or savasana people will be entering for the next class. With doors opening/closing, people talking and general noise that personally takes me out of the zone. They also catch noise from somewhere adjacent that sounds like a piano music class. However, I can sympathize that that's out of their control. I also had a class where the instructor had everyone go around the room stating any injuries/physical limitations. Many people find yoga due to physical limitations and it was very awkward. I believe those conversations should stay between instructor and student since everyone is on a different journey and doesn't always want everyone to know. They have a wonderful location and it's never terribly hard to find free parking in Tremont. I've also met some nice people and appreciate the non-competitive atmosphere. I have heard great things about their massage and other services and I would look forward to visiting one of those!

I like the windows but also that no one can really see in. There could be more of a waiting room--I tend to wait outside of the building until I'm more comfortable that the class before me is over instead of hovering. Plenty of street parking. When our self-quarantine is over, this would be something great to get back to!

I will say that you should check out Cleveland Yoga's actual yoga studios because the classes are 100% amazing (Ylonda, Scott, Tami, and Jackie K. are awesome instructors). The yoga studios are in Westlake, Little Italy, Beachwood (main), and Concord Township. Cleveland Yoga has 2 locations in Beachwood. This review is for the Cleveland yoga and barre studio in Beachwood. This studio has strictly barre classes and some yoga classes. Once in a while, they host special classes and events. Yoga Sculpt was one of those special classes. I came on a weekday evening and entered about 5 mins late but I was still allowed inside. Rush hour traffic after work was insane. CLASS EXPERIENCE -- The class was killer and I knew I would enjoy it because I have taken a TON of Yoga Sculpt classes in the past when I lived in Chicago. Yoga Sculpt is a combination of basic yoga postures and strength exercises. Most yoga studios nationwide will incorporate weights (dumbbells) into the yoga sculpt class format. The strength exercises that we did in class were not new (think mountain climbers and jumping jacks) but the increased repetition of each exercise called for a challenging workout. We also used free WEIGHTS and did exercises such as bicep curls. The whole class was definitely a workout especially with all the plank holds and pushups. The instructor was filled with energy and she was awesome but I wish that some parts of the class moved quicker. I don't believe this particular class was in a heated room. As you know, or don't, the majority of Cleveland Yoga classes are taught in a room that is heated between 75-95 degrees heated. I recommend this studio. Try a barre or yoga class and your future TONED body will thank you later. *** - 8 total reviews in 2019. - 218 total Yelp reviews.
