I just went back for touch-ups and a highlight and couldn't be happier with the experience! The place is taking covid precautions very seriously, with temperature checks for clients and stylists. Both my stylists were so kind in explaining what the options were to achieve the results I wanted (natural looking lightening) and my hair has never looked better! They took the time to curl and style afterwards and are such friendly people. I also scheduled a facial and eyebrow wax with Lauren- amazing!!! My boyfriend has never noticed my eyebrows before but even he noticed how fabulous they looked! I have very sensitive skin and tend to burn in that area. Lauren discussed that with me and made sure my skin wasn't irritated at all. 100/10 I love this place.

Now lately, time after time when I ask for an appointment after 4 pm...I get 2pm...or break up my appointment in two separate visits or two separate stylists. UPDATE 8/16/2025: As usual, everyone at the salon was friendly, warm, and attentive. Therese, especially, was WONDERFUL! She listened thoughtfully as I explained my thoughts, hair goals, and anxieties, and she worked WITHIN those parameters to create a perfect representation of everything I had hoped for! She also explained everything she was doing AS she did it, so that I could recreate the look at home later. She is AMAZING. She made me feel so taken care of that I even intend to return in a few weeks for a color consult (it will be my first time EVER coloring my hair)! 9/2023--Ashley was SOOOO good! I had no idea what I wanted to do with my AWFUL mop of limp, lifeless hair. She took the time to talk with me and get to know me, my hair, and my concerns. She gave a few suggestions, taking the time to explain everything she would be doing. As she was working, she also described what she was doing and why. Her suggestions were great, and she was VERY patient with all my stupid questions. And the haircut? It was exactly what I needed, and it suited my hair type, my age, AND my face shape perfectly! I'm so happy with it! She's amazing! UPDATE 9/2024: She has done it again!! Ashley is ALWAYS so wonderful. She pays attention to my "hair goals" AND my concerns, and she is very creative and artistic (and friendly). This time, in particular, she gave me a great consult, and when we decided on a cut together, it turned out EVEN BETTER than I could have imagined. I think this is the best cut and style I have EVER received. I've never been so pleased with my hair before! She is an artist!! UPDATE: Yup! She's batting 1000 with ANOTHER great cut! Ashley is ALWAYS amazing! Not only does she take the time to find out weekday you want she always offers PROFESSIONAL consultations, and she is so effervescent and friendly that it really elevates the experience.
