I had a FANTASTIC stay at the Westin Tempe! Beautiful views, a spectacular suite and a vivacious rooftop pool and bar have me excited to come back! I first want to acknowledge the parking since I know the valet cost is a an issue. I did self parking at the Brickyard Parking Garage for $16 for 24 hours which was a 3 minute walk across a side street and down a short flight of stairs. I found it super convenient and would recommend it to anyone looking to skip valet. The lobby was nice, very clean and open with high ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. Austin got me checked in quickly and hooked up with their welcome package that included two free margaritas at the rooftop bar Skysill, two free cups of coffee or tea at their coffee shop and two free smoothies from Terra their restaurant on the 1st floor. I stayed in one of their Executive Suites With Mountain View and when I say the room took my breath away, I actually gasped!! It was more than I could hope for with beautiful views overlooking Tempe and Phoenix in both the living room and bedroom, a big comfy bed, a nice sized table to get work done at and a beautiful bathroom complete with a spacious shower and luxurious soaking tub! The room also came with bathrobes, complementary water bottles in the mini fridge, wine glasses and a corkscrew. I really loved being able to relax knowing everything was thought out! The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful, again with breathtaking views. The welcome margarita was good and strong but the Hibiscus Paloma was a show stopper! I also really enjoyed the rooftop patio the next morning when I took my laptop up to enjoy the sunrise over the city while getting my work day started. My morning was a breeze, enjoying beautiful views, my complimentary tea and smoothie but the standout of my stay was Aneesa at concierge. I had a last minute schedule change for a meeting that left me stressed for time to checkout and make my meeting but Aneesa saved the day when, without hesitation, she moved my checkout time back so I could complete my Teams call in the privacy of my room and not feel rushed to leave. I only ended up needing 30 extra minutes but I can't thank her enough for giving me that extra hour! It's people like her who keep me coming back somewhere and I'm happy to say I've already recommended this hotel to a few friends and work colleagues. A couple places I feel the hotel may have room for improvement on is stocking additional amenities for the bath like epsom salts or bubble bath and the windows of my room could have been cleaner but those little things really didn't bother me much at all. Honestly, I just walked across the street to the 24hr CVS and bought some bubble bath after my drinks and enjoyed a nice relaxing soak, it was perfect! Beautiful place! I love all of amenities. The rooms can be spacious depending on which room you get. Having a nice view is always the best! The lobby is nice and spacious. Has places to eat, a bar, places to study, or get some work done. It's beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool, the do at night, the bar opened and the food you can get there. It is a bit pricey. The view is one of the best views in Tempe I have seen so far! The drinks for happy hour is always good! It's super close to mill Ave where all the bars and city life is! Super convenient place. There are fees such as parking and etc. I would stay here again and again! We went for a staycation and we got a great deal! We didn't pay over $100 ! Sometimes it's rare but it does happen! I probably would not pay over $200 for this hotel because the area is super loud at night especially if there is a dj and there are a lot of judgy stares from staff. If there's any reason I would not go back to this hotel, it would be the valet. It's been a really long time since I've encountered someone in the customer service industry who was so blatantly rude. Really enjoyed our recent stay at the newer Westin Tempe - it far exceeded our experiences at a few other nearby properties over the years. The hotel opened in 2021 and it's conveniently located just off of S. Mill Ave, the main drag in downtown Tempe. The property has been well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy - our resort fee included a daily credit to use toward drinks at the restaurant, rooftop pool, or cafe. Our guest room had a view of "A" mountain, which was really cool! Despite the hotel and area being BUSY for Ironman and an ASU football game, our room was quiet and we happily collapsed into our comfortable bed each evening. The hotel restaurant was just ok for dinner - there are better options just a short walk away. We ordered breakfast room service once - eggs and pancakes - and that was solid. We did appreciate the coffee shop / market in the lobby, making it easy to get a morning coffee without leaving the hotel. And the well-equipped fitness center. There's also a small rooftop pool and bar - worth visiting for the views. We'll definitely stay at Westin Tempe again when we're in the area. read more

Great for work, not great for families! I think the Westin lives up to its name, but I just so happened to take my children and husband on this trip for other family business the same weekend. It was difficult for us to use the restroom/shower with privacy considering the translucent glass doors were somewhat see-through. Because they didn't close fully and only slid shut , you could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom at all times. There was no restroom fan (unless it was broken). The silence was deafening. There's also a rooftop pool, but it's right next to their acclaimed rooftop bar, so it's not really a kid-friendly environment when adult drinkers are near. There wasn't a microwave for me to warm up our leftovers from the delicious restaurant around the corner, which was also kind of pricey, so I was disappointed that my food was pretty much wasted. The downs, stairs, restaurant and bar also get pretty crowded during dinner hours extra. There's also a lot of construction going on, which isn't the fault of the hotel, but it did not provide for a sound sleep. The hotel is very nice, close to a lot of places to go and things to see, but also very busy. If you're looking for something a little bit more relaxing this is not the spot. read more

I wish now could remember the name of the young woman that helped me on a Sunday late afternoon. I appreciate her patience, flexibility, and going above and beyond her role to meet my request as a titanium member. I finally felt appreciated for my status and therefore, this was the best summer work stay that I had after staying here many times. I usually choose the Residence Inn down the street, which is also amazing. The breakfast snacks, and store downstairs in the lobby makes this location very convenient because they have food, wine, alcohol, soda, waters, gifts, and breakfast items. This hotel is also conveniently located across the street from a CVS as well to pick up whatever you need or you can go to Chick-fil-A or First Watch for breakfast . The Westin has a very good restaurant and they do serve breakfast although I've never had it but the menu looks really good. Being located on the side of Mill, you have access to a bunch of restaurants and bars within walking distance and this is a hotel you don't need to rent a car unless you're going further within Arizona. They have a rooftop pool and it has different events which can be pretty fun, but it does close rather early. There's ample seating a big screen tv showcasing sports or golf and it has a Jacuzzi as well. You can say this hotel has the best views and sunset views in all of Tempe next to the Canopy around the corner. I would also say out of all Marriott's, the Westin have the best smelling toiletries, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They do have the comfiest beds and I love how large and spacious their shower is. Westins are my favorite brand of hotel because of the robes and knowing that I can sleep well and receive a little small jasmine oil at my bedside to sleep well at night. Lastly, I'll say all this: this Westin front lobby staff have the best customer service, high level of patience, , and they are so willing to help you and always keep a smile on their faces. I have always had pleasant interactions with every staff member and I've been staying at this hotel or Residence Inn since they opened the last four years. My overnight staycation at the Westin was really nice! The folks at the checkin counter were super friendly and I had mentioned I was looking forward to a quiet stay and reading in the room.. they offered suggestions on beautiful spots to bike to near the hotel that would be great for reading. The hotel offered several food / beverage credits at their various on site spots. The room was clean and the line of lotion / shampoo / body wash smells great! The added touch of lavender oil roll on next to the bed was surprising and super thoughtful. The only thing I would say was a bummer is that I was on the 15th floor and they had a party on the 18th rooftop pool until 11pm. You could totally hear the loud bass from the music as it blasted through the ceiling and rattled in my bathroom a bit. I would just be mindful of that next time so I could get some restful sleep, earlier. read more

What a wonderful hotel. There are a lot of choices of places to stay in downtown Tempe, but I think the Westin is the best of the best. From the time we pulled up and the valet was genuine and helpful, through check in and our entire stay- the service here is first class. Our two rooms overlooked "A" mountain and were comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar are a real treat- we had a lovely afternoon up there. Even in December the weather in Tempe is fantastic, so it can be enjoyed year round. The onsite bar and restaurant are also great.. and it's nice to have a ton of places within walking distance to enjoy, too. We loved it here and would definitely stay again the next time we're in Tempe. Definitely a 5 star experience. read more

Went for a one night staycation. I tried to check in online, and it's about 430pm but my room was not ready. The check-in time is supposed to be 4. That's the only disappointing part. Otherwise, everything else were pretty good. The property is new, so everything feels pretty good and clean. The bed is really nice, and actually has a thick comforter, which is great. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you're visiting Tempe--better yet, look at properties in Scottsdale, which offer a far higher level of service. My experience with The Westin Tempe was extremely disappointing. I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com but accidentally selected May instead of April for a business trip. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted Booking.com and was advised that the hotel could authorize a refund. I immediately rebooked the correct April dates at the same hotel and completed a two-night stay, which made the situation even more frustrating. While the front desk staff were courteous in person, the Front Desk Manager ultimately refused to approve a refund--despite the May reservation still being weeks away and likely to be resold. As someone who works in public relations and travels extensively, I found this to be a clear example of poor customer service and inflexibility. Based on my experience--and similar feedback I've since seen from other guests--this appears to reflect a broader issue with how this property handles customer concerns. There are many hotels in the area that value their guests and demonstrate it through fair and reasonable policies. I would encourage travelers to consider those options instead. read more

Stayed here to visit ASU with my kid. The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. From the front desk staff to the restaurant, coffee shop and bar staff were all friendly. Got a corner mountain view room and it was large and really lovely. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure. The location might as well be on campus. The food at the main restaurant was very good as was the bar food on the roof. And the vouchers came in super handy. The rooftop can be a little bit of a scene at night especially with the dj but it's a college town and who can hate on young people having fun. I will stay here again if in town. read more

I stayed here between Feb 23 and 25 because Innings Fest was happening and this hotel was within walking distance of the festival grounds. Rates were on the high side when I had booked my room but this was expected due to Innings Fest happening. Overall, the rate was competitive in comparison to other hotels in the area. Even hotels that were on the lower end in comparison. Check in process was a bit underwhelming. The typical hospitality that you would expect from a Marriott property just wasn't there. The person who checked us in seemed to be more interested in his phone (what he was doing) and seemed annoyed to have to get off his phone to check us in. No smile, no small talks of 'how are you, what are you in town for?' None of that. But then again, maybe that's just how people are in Tempe. Thinking back, I can't recall getting a good service in all of the place I visited in Tempe except for one. There was another staff who was working the reception but he was a lot more pleasant and helpful when he was approached later on when I had asked for recommendations of places to go eat, so there's that. Upon check in, I did received a few coupons: $28/day that can be redeemed at Terra Kitchen or Skysill Lounge, coffee coupons, and margarita/mocktail coupon redeemable also at either Terra or Skysill. This was a plus and I made sure to take advantage of these coupons. Room was nice with two queen beds (I was traveling with a friend). Walk in shower was super slippery but they do provide a little rubber mat that you can stick on the floor. Shower is spacious with a rainfall showerhead that can be diverted to the handheld; all made by Kohler for Westin. Water pressure is pretty low but it didn't bother me. Toilet is DXV brand which is American Standards' high-end line so they are trying to keep the luxurious image here. All in all, I really have no complaints with the room. I didn't use the valet since I ubered here from the airport. But parking option seems to be valet only, which is expected from a hotel that's located downtown. The worst part of staying here? I had left two chargers in my hotel room after checking out. I had called less than 24 hours later to see if they had found it or if they could check if they are still in the room (assuming the room hadn't been given out to another guest). I called a total of 4 times within 48 hours of checking out, each time speaking to a different person and each time they asked me for a good phone number to call back so they could check and then call me to let you know. However, nobody ever followed up. Not one person. I gave up and just bought new chargers. And before you give me crap about wanting my charger backs, I'm talking about chargers that cost $75 each, so they're not exactly cheap. Would I stay here again? Sure due to the proximity of the hotel to Innings Fest. But I would definitely lower my expectations for good service by a lot. read more

I've been visiting The Westin Tempe for years and it's one of my go-to spots for both personal downtime and when I'm working as a chauffeur. The hotel has a great location, beautiful rooftop pool, and an outstanding staff. Special thanks to Austin, Khalil, Keisha, Kristen, Aaliyah, Jade, Ellie, Isabel, Daniel, and Angelita (former employee). Their professionalism, kindness, and hospitality have consistently made me and my daughter feel welcome. Austin in particular always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to an uncomfortable interaction with the overnight manager, Anthony. While I respect that policies must be enforced, the way it was handled came across as overly scrutinizing and not as guest-focused as I've come to expect at The Westin. Overall, The Westin Tempe remains a favorite of mine and I'll continue to recommend it to friends, family, and clients. With a little more consistency in management approach, this hotel would easily be a 5-star experience every time. read more

This is a really nice hotel in a great area for Tempe. We stayed here for the iron man and it was in good walking distance to that. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were very spacious ! As a resort credit, you get a free coffee, free margarita and some free food but I wish they would just be taken off our bill instead. It was not worth it at all. There is a MAJOR design flaw in the rooms. Part of the bathroom wall is frosted glass. Which makes the room beautiful. However, at night, if you go to the restroom and turn on the bathroom light it lights up the entire room. If there are multiple people in the room, it is terrible. read more

I stayed at The Westin Tempe for a full month and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired--especially for a long-term guest. At no point was I offered any amenities or considerations typically extended for an extended stay. Service quality was inconsistent and varied significantly from shift to shift. The Food & Beverage experience, particularly at the rooftop, needs serious attention. Hours of operation seemed to depend on which bartender was working, and staff often treated the daily F&B credit--part of the resort fee--as a nuisance rather than a benefit. On one occasion, I was in the downstairs restaurant and asked for a menu around 9:45PM. The hostess told us they closed at 10 PM. However, when I went to place my order minutes later, they refused to serve me. No follow-up, no courtesy--just a flat-out denial. Despite visiting the same coffee bar daily and ordering the same coffee, I was never addressed by name, nor did anyone remember my order after 30 days. Basic hospitality was clearly lacking. To make matters worse, one day I returned to my room to find puddles of water on the floor, apparently from the rooftop misters leaking into my room. No one followed up, and I never received an apology. Bottom line: this is not a hotel suited for long-term stays. The service, consistency, and care simply aren't there- not a Marriott standard . I don't normally leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience, I had to. I stayed at the Westin Tempe (Arizona) in February for a business trip. During my 3-night stay, I had several bad experiences with my room, none of which were ever resolved after several attempts to contact the hotel. Photos are attached as well. Upon checking into the room, I found dirty tongs placed on top of the ice bucket. It looked as though these had been used to handle food. Then, I tried to order room service via the QR code on the nightstand. After going all the way through checkout, I received an error message (photo attached). So, I tried to use the phone in my room to call down to the front desk. That's when I discovered the phone wasn't working. I checked the wires to make sure it was connected and although it was, the phone still wouldn't work. Photos attached. I called front desk from my cell phone and after explaining the technical issue ordering the food on the website I was told the hotel was not offering room service because they didn't have enough staff to allow for it. The pickup option however was also not working on the website. So, then why as a hotel would you mislead guests by offering the QR code in each room? I asked if I could place a pickup order through her and she placed me on hold, and forwarded me to the restaurant which never answered my call. When I went to put on the robe, I noticed one of the loopholes was broken. Lastly, on the second night of my stay, the majority of the lights in the room randomly stopped working. I tested multiple switches several times and had no luck. Yelp won't allow me to upload the video as it's more than 12 seconds, but I submitted this along with photo evidence to their customer service as well. For this being a 4 star hotel, I believe all of these instances happening in one stay was unacceptable and it was really unfortunate because I was hoping my experience would be different. Additionally, the customer service experience was terrible. I sent multiple emails following up and was told someone from the hotel would reach out to me, but I never received any response. I will not be staying here again. This is such a cool area of Arizona with so much to do around, but with this experience, I would definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

I put in a request to reserve space, obtain food options, cost, etc., and this is the help I received, or lack thereof. "Good news, we have the space available! I do not have a pre-fixe menu for our lunch, but I can get one for you if you would like to move forward with the reservation. The food and beverage minimum would be $1,000++." - Shelby C. Wait! You want me to confirm my reservation for a very special event at a cost of "$1000++" but you won't tell me what the food option is first? Who in their right mind would do that? What kind of business would provide this kind of unprofessional service? Apparently, Westin Tempe does. So, I emailed her back asking, "If possible, we would like to see a brunch and/or lunch menu before making a decision." Reasonable request; right? Her response, "Let me reach out to my chef and I will send over the menu options once I have them back." **CRICKETS** Not a word back in over a week! This is inexcusable and unprofessional! Every other place I reached out to attached menu options with their very first response. This is your JOB! This is the service you are hired to provide! The people at the hotel were very friendly, the rooms are clean and nice. But the pool area is atrocious. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and thought it would be nice to spend the afternoon up at the pool, enjoying the warm weather and relaxing. Instead, they had a DJ playing music that you would expect to hear in a nightclub full of 21-year-olds it was so loud you couldn't speak to the people sitting beside you I called the front desk and asked if they could have the DJ turn it down and they said they could not who needs a DJ on Sunday, especially at 3 o'clock in the afternoon it totally ruined our stay in this property unless you're under 30 and you wanna go to a tiny little pool with a kind of crappy pool bar I would not recommend staying at this hotel having said that if you're just looking for a room that's comfortable and clean this place will fit the bill it will not be a place. Let me start by saying that I love the scent of this hotel! I stayed her for a week and had a very pleasant experience. Customer service was great across the board! The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. However, I didn't like the shower because the pressure was very low. The rooftop has amazing views but I didn't stay for food or drinks because the wind was so strong. Valet was pricey but they were quick to bring the car whenever we needed it. There is a daily destination fee that gives you a daily credit, cocktails, coffee and some other perks. Since we paid for it, we had to make sure to spend the money everyday...whether that was in the convenience store or the restaurant. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, know what your perks are beforehand so that you can get the most out of your stay. I'm Titanium and had to specifically ask for the daily breakfast option. read more

I don't know if that's an actual design phrase, but seems an appropriate way to describe the space. Lol. The views were spectacular and the bed was ultra comfortable, also love the lighting in all Westin hotel bathroom vanity mirrors as there's in option to dim and brighten the lights. Came to Tempe for a sporting event and stayed at The Westin based on a recommendation. It's a very good hotel in an excellent location -- as you'd expect, a little pricey especially during high demand games. Two solid food options: a full restaurant and a large lobby coffee shop/market with food. I ate breakfast in the coffee shop for two days in a row -- nothing remarkable, expensive compared to other places within walking distance but convenient. The rooms themselves are good sized with expected amenities. Power outlets where you need them, good lighting (especially in the bathroom), and of course a comfortable bed. My room didn't have much of a view but those on the higher levels do. The gym has plenty of equipment including cardio, resistance machines, and free weights. Both mornings there was only one other person in the gym at 830am. Some reviews mention poor service and staff members who don't care. I didn't experience anything but helpfulness and competence. The Westin is my new go-to hotel when in Tempe. read more

We stopped here just to go upstairs for the view which is overlooking Tempe and also because, it's one of my new yoga spots. There's parking across the street for$12 a day or $2.00 hr which is great for this location since it's near ASU campus. The hotel has sanitizing stations throughout and the staff wore mask. The rooftop bar area is cozy with pool, spa, bar and seating area with a television which are all outdoors. I was surprised at how easy in and out it is considering this World is mad. I honestly liked how easy it is to just walk in and up to the rooftop but it was also a teeny bit uneasy. Don't ask me why... so used to seeing security at hotels in different States. I'd love to go back and stay at the hotel someday, and walk around in downtown Tempe eating and hanging. Perhaps, I'll return, as this would be a great place to house out of State Guests. read more

Overall, the hotel and room was very nice. My issue with the hotel was that the iron in the room did not work. I tried to call the front desk for a new iron but the phone did not work either. So, I had to go down to the front desk with the non operational iron and ask for a new iron. I also told them that the phone was not working either. The clerk stated he would get me a new iron and it would be a couple of minutes, this was around 6pm. As I waited and waited I asked the clerk where the Hot Chocolate bar was that was supposed to be in the lobby. He looked around and said he didn't know. He then asked another clerk who pointed to a counter and said it was supposed to be right there, but the counter was completely empty. Again, this was around 6pm and their signs clearly state Hot Cocoa Daily 2:00 - 6:00pm. Their digital sign advertising the Hot Cocoa Daily even popped up while I was standing at the counter and I pointed it out to them and they kind of laughed and said they had no idea where it was. They finally brought the iron and I went back to my room disappointed that there was no Hot Chocolate. I was also disappointed that they never offered to take the iron up to my room instead of making me wait for it and I was also disappointed that they never offered to fix the phone in the room. The Uber driver told me that this was a new hotel - I have no factual basis to dispute this. The hotel did feel new-ish, and is located conveniently across the street from the ASU engineering building. Great location in Tempe, walking distance to the buildings along Rio Salado, as well as the college campus and party scene. The hotel room was clean and well-organized. I had a great view of the ASU engineering building again. The staff was pretty friendly by all accounts. The only issue I encountered was that the elevators got borked on my first night. I feel as though this Westin is lacking but fits the mess which is Tempe downtown. Check in. Not super impressed. Did not feel as though I got the level of service you should from a Westin (By the way I use to work for the Westin years ago). Room, Nice but not the best. The pillows suck. Plain and simple. The sheets and towels smell like detergent fragrance garbage. Made us not sleep well and cause my son to have a running nose. We stay at hotels because usually they are fragrance free or they use clean and clear type of detergent. Not happy it smelled like that. Won't be back. Bathroom. What a colossally stupid design. Glass bathroom walls. WTH? So when I get up to use the bathroom or if my partner and kid are asleep and I need to turn on the light in the bathroom, the whole damn room lights up. Shower- looks nice but poor. Water trickles out from the rain water head. Light Sprinkles. Pathetic. Pool. Too small and too shallow. recliner cushions look like hell. Pool deck looks messy with DJ speakers and other things laying around. Not high end let's just say that. Not your Westin hotel. This is more like I said, Tempe downtown student party hotel. Valet, what a pain in the ass. They were great but having to do that number everytime you want your car is annoying. The free coffee coupon downstairs is a joke. Starbucks junk in a pump thermos. Cool Thanks! Offerings here are also a joke. I'd definitely skip this hotel. Glad I wasted my points on this place. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL HERE USING DEVICES. As an Ambassador for Marriott, This hotel has not been up to par with other Westin hotel m or any in its category type. Hotel hot water has been a real issue and it seems from other reviews this was known and not addressed to anyone booking with them. I was switched to another room with hot water after waiting hours and the ceiling in the shower is breaking apart. The faucet knob on the sink is broken. The restaurant Terra Tempe is making it difficult to make an order.. Just an utter disaster. I know you just opened recently, but you need to step it up. read more

Recently stayed at The Westin for a work event and my stay went from just two nights to four because bad weather prevented my trip home. This hotel is "ok" and had pros and cons for me. I'll start with the cons. Limited food choices in the hotel itself. I utilized room service, the coffee shop "Cup of Joe", and the hotel restaurant off the lobby. The menu for both room service and the restaurant was pretentious and expensive. The food offerings were not for everyone and the restaurant breakfast portions were tiny and the cost was just ridiculous - I was better off walking next door to Jack in the Box. The coffee shop was a "fake" Starbucks/gift shop. I say fake because you can't use Starbucks gift cards or receive points/stars. There are very limited food choices here and not a piece of fruit in sight. I witnessed a few different people looking to purchase apples or bananas and there were none to purchase. Another con is the "Do Not Disturb" sign was ignored. I spent a day in my room working and had the sign on my door. The housekeeper entered my room anyway and was surprised to see me inside. At any place I have ever stayed, if the sign is on my door, my room is passed by and no housekeeping takes place. That is what I would expect, so I was not happy that someone came into my room anyway. Last of the cons are the personal care products, pillows, and water. I don't care for the personal care products they provide (scent, lack of lather). The pillows on the bed are way too mushy for me, and the water in the shower is very soft. I have had hard water my entire life so anything else, and I just don't feel "clean." These items are just my personal preference. It wasn't all bad. This is a very nice hotel in a good location. The area seemed very safe and is near lots of ASU buildings. It is right across the street from the College of Engineering. The hotel and my room were very clean. 4 out of 5 employees that I encountered were very nice and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and did not take long. The bathroom was large and beautifully appointed and you will not want for plugs and the ability to charge devices. There are plugs galore! Not just in the rooms, but in the lobby as well. Will I stay here again? For work yes because of the location but probably not for personal reasons. It is a solidly "ok" hotel. read more

Awful. I have stayed at the Westin multiple times with family and it was great, until this time. My dad booked my boyfriend and I a hotel room for the night as we had just had an over 12 hour travel day. Not to mention that my boyfriend has epilepsy and had a seizure in the car before we came in. The desk attendant stared him up and down before we even got to the counter. So after all that today, I would like to sleep in the $500 room my dad used his points for. But apparently people who are under the age of 21 are not welcome at the Westin without an "adult". Why can't you just remove the alcohol from the room that we will be staying in? Especially right next to a college campus? The Westin is losing so much money by not allowing people under 21 to stay. The front desk lady who I can only assume was the manager was completely rude and full of attitude. She was not going to try and help find us a replacement hotel until my dad called and talked to her. My mom ended up finding us a room in a different hotel with no help from the Westin. If I could give 0 stars, or even -5 stars, I would do that. Needless to say, if I book a room- let me stay in the room. I will not be staying here again. The Westin Tempe - Hotels Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I had a great stay for a recent business meeting. I bridge the hotel is fairly new and located within walking distance to restaurants and the mail street of ASU. Check in was fast and easy. If you need any room amenities, use the Marriott Bonvoy app. The room has the comfortable Heavenly bed, big TV, shower , safe and is very clean. It can be a bit noisy if there is partying on the streets below. I didn't get to try the lobby restaurant Terra yet coworkers said the breakfast is good. There is a rooftop bar called Sky and they have tvs to watch sports, drinks and great views. There is also a coffee shop off of the lobby. Overall, I had a very nice stay and thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. read more
