As both a mother of a child that attended Weston school, and an employee of Weston school, I could never recommend this establishment to anyone. Understaffing is a severe issue because they treat their employees like trash, which means the children get shuffled endlessly around to different rooms, even during meals/snacks they are forced to move from room to room, often having to bring their plates of food with them. The children are so disregulated and bored there is frequent fighting and massive behavioral issues that teachers try to quell, but with limited success due to the frequency and severity and the amount of students with issues like hitting, throwing hard objects and biting and attacking staff. My daughter started out loving coming to school but by a few weeks in she would cry every day and beg me not to make her go. She frequently shook, cried, and clung to myself and her father as she entered a classroom full of behaviors like screaming and tackling. There is a mold issue in the school that is not addressed, there are very little supplies, and almost nothing available to implement the curriculum. The burden of fighting for these items is placed squarely on the shoulders of teachers. We're frequently forced to come in sick, a coworker was even forced to come in actively vomiting, having to carry around grocery bags to vomit into in case she could not be relieved from the classroom to vomit privately in time. The cost is astronomical when you consider that the curriculum is not implemented in most classrooms, children play with the same bins of toys day in and day out with little variance while also being shuffled along in a hyper-structured formulaic day. The food is BAD quality. I frequently had to serve green bananas, spoiled celery, grayish hotdogs etc, and children never receive a full bun, only half! We were literally required to serve every "sandwich" or hot dog open faced or with a half bun because of serving size requirements. It was pathetic and every new teacher who came in had issues with the portion sizes. We also gave children water unfiltered directly from the tap. No filtration system for the water. I was prompted to hide refilling the water pitcher from parents because they KNOW it's wrong. Toxic environment for children and staff, stay away from The Weston School. Everything is a facade to look good for NAEYC meanwhile the children suffer for the school to look good on paper. Sad. read more

In my personal experience, The Weston School in Noblesville was one of the most discouraging and toxic work environments I have ever been part of. I went in excited, motivated, and ready to build relationships with the children and families, and they truly were the best part of every single day. The parents, the students, their smiles, their joy... those moments were the only thing that made showing up worth it. Unfortunately, everything else was overshadowed by management practices that, in my opinion, drained teacher morale faster than I have ever seen in any school or childcare setting. From day one, I noticed inconsistent treatment among staff. I was written up for things other teachers did daily and far louder than I ever was, yet nothing seemed to happen when they did the exact same things. It quickly became clear that concerns were only heard when your voice was loud unless someone in management did not like who you were. Rules were different depending on the person, and it created an environment of fear and distrust. Teacher turnover is unbelievably high, and not because the job is hard, but because many of us felt there was no trust, no respect, and no support coming from management. Several staff members shared their discomfort with being pressured to work while sick, even when clearly not well enough to care for children. Disagreeing with management on even small things often led to threats of write ups or termination. It felt less like a workplace and more like walking on eggshells every single day. During my first month, I used a simple educational song during curriculum time, something I have used in multiple previous centers with no issue. Instead of receiving guidance or feedback, I was told that using an iPad for teaching was unacceptable and that if I did it again, I would be pulled into the office. That moment alone showed me how little creativity or flexibility was allowed, even though so many teachers there hold associates, bachelors, or even masters degrees. Hearing leadership say that our education does not mean anything without a short term certificate was, in my opinion, incredibly disrespectful to the hard work educators put into their training. As a teacher and a parent, I found the lack of consistent behavior support and classroom management deeply concerning. When children were being consistently harmed by peers, I often saw little being done to address repeated behaviors. Incidents were minimized or brushed aside, leaving teachers feeling powerless and families unknowingly trusting that everything was being handled properly. It is heartbreaking seeing children go home with injuries and knowing nothing is truly being done to prevent it from happening again. I know for a fact that more than a dozen teachers have left or are looking for new jobs, not because they do not love teaching, but because their confidence, self worth, and passion were worn down day after day. These were floaters, lead teachers, assistants, people from every part of the building. When so many educators from so many roles all feel the same way, that should say something. If you are a current family, I strongly encourage you to pay attention, ask questions, and trust your instincts. If you are a parent searching for a daycare, please know there are many other options nearby that treat both teachers and children with the respect, support, and care they deserve. My experience with the admin staff has been extremely poor. I hear how they talk to their workers and I can only imagine how they would speak with the children at this facility if parents aren't around. As soon as I walk in it's all smiles but when they don't realize someone can hear, they talk to their workers like they don't matter. When I went to the book fair with my child that is enrolled there, one of the admin staff not only came in to stalk me just for looking at some books and then when it came time to purchase, she quickly hid herself and wouldn't check me out. They have difficulty keeping good teachers but it seems that they have no problems keeping the ones that are neglectful or borderline abusive. When my child needs help with something, it takes an act of congress to get them what they need, big or small. A lot of promises with no follow through. read more

I took a tour there and the place seems nice. My son, who tends to be shy at new establishments was even chatting with the workers. They didn't have openings at the time, but would likely have openings in late May, so they asked if we would like to be put on the waiting list. We said we would. Later, I got an email about no longer being on the waiting list so we called and was assured we were on the list still. We held off on signing my older son for summer camp til we knew for sure we would be able to move younger son to ABC (because 1 of 2 locations was right across from them) My husband called and we aren't on the list, and we have to pay a fee to be put on it. None of this was ever conveyed to us until we called checking on our status again to see if we would be moving to that center. So, we also missed registering for camp for our older son because they led us to believe we would be registering our son. Poor communication and basically screwing around with people. If you are seeking instability, stranger danger, poor communication, terrible accounting, bad language your child will discover, headaches and having the welfare of your child in jeopardy, this is the center for you. The facility is new, but poorly ran. The daycare workers change out quicker than you can blink. So, your child is always faced with stranger danger. They only do state background checks. The management team is constantly changing. Not for the better. This goes along with the workers leaving for a better paid company and more respect. The entire management team has terrible communication skills. They request documentation numerous times due to their inability to keep records. Even if you try to address anything with management, it goes in one ear and out the other. You have to follow up numerous times and still the issues are not resolved. There were countless times my husband and I picked up our son only to discover his diaper was poopy. We would get the diaper rash cleared up and the center would bring it back. The workers let the kids nose run. So, snot is constantly on everything. Not to mention a slew of other germs. Your pediatrician's office will be making additional money because you will be there a lot. They raised rates due to acquiring another "level". However, that may be the case, the owner purchased a new Lexus. Glad we helped pay for her new vehicle. The new rates do not reflect better care. Our child was assaulted in their care and nothing was done until police involvement took place. Needless to say, we immediately removed our child. We would NEVER recommend this poorly ran daycare to anyone. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. Your future self will thank you! read more

My child started attending after we moved. We originally looked at this facility due to proximity and the price seemed on par with where we had originally attended. We liked their learning curriculum. The Assistant Director was very helpful while showing us everything on the tour. All staff has seemed to be very communicative so far. The teachers seemed nice, but I'll post a follow-up to this review after seeing how well they help a new kid engage and make new friends and how well they follow the curriculum. read more

I chose ABC's and 123's learning center because I love everything about this daycare. My aunty's son goes there and I have seen a lot of changes in him since he had started. They have good staffs and a condusive environment for learning. They also have a good parent to staff communications.I will choose this day care over again. read more

My son has been going there a week so far and I have had nothing but a great experience. Kristen is absolutely wonderful and was very helpful with any questions I had and keeping me updated on how he has been doing. His first day he cried when I left and I saw Kristen sitting in there with him holding him calming him down. I was very nervous sending him anywhere because he has only ever had a nanny who was a family friend, this was the first place I felt like he would be very well taken care of! read more

I chose this center because it is a Level 3, the staff is super friendly and outgoing, there is great security and it is very clean (cleanliness is so important to me!). After viewing other centers in Noblesville, this appears to be the best one. Kayla, the current Director-in-Training, has been more than accommodating and professional. The facility is very nice and has an indoor playground (super cool). I like the curriculum and constant updates through the app. My child and I are very pleased. read more
