OMG from the minute I walked in store I knew I would find the perfect Wig!! Greeted with a smile and acknowledged soon as we stepped inside!!! Very clean and well stocked!!! When I was asked if they could help, told them I was looking for a short pixie style wig, brown in color and I found one in less than five minutes, when I tried on Hubby gave a firm YES, then I was told if I buy one the second is half off and I found Two wonderful wigs, one was $70 and other was $20, she also suggested combs so the wig doesn't move and showed me how to do it!!! They let you try on 3 wigs with a $5 deposit which you get back when done shopping!!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly!!! This will be my go to place for all Beauty supplies!!! Recommended temperature settings for my fine hair so I wouldn't burn it. My daughter needed hair ties that don't damage hair - found gentle fabric ones that actually stay in place. Looking for some clip on extensions to add some volume the girl who helped me was so helpful right when I walked in she greeted me (don't know her name but had red hair) and got straight to asking questions and offering suggestions. She helped me pick out some 18" 100% human hair clip in extensions. This place had a ton of color and highlighted options I found what I was looking for in like 15 min. Go check it out for your hot girl hair needs! After reading past reviews I'm crossing my fingers I don't experience tangling and things ppl complained about but to this point my experience was really good.

I came in looking for straight hair extensions to match my naturally straight Asian hair. Brandi walked me through the process and helped me choose a set that appeared to be a perfect match. Initially, they looked great--until I washed them for the first time. They are not straight. They dry into defined curls and behave like curly hair. They become frizzy when brushed dry and require a curly hair care routine to maintain them--something I neither wanted nor was told to expect. I reached out to customer service because the product I received did not match what I was told I was purchasing. I wasn't expecting chemically straight hair that would stay pin-straight forever, but I also did not expect extensions marketed and sold as "straight" to dry into curls after one wash. This was the response I received: "After looking at the pictures, I can assure you that this is normal for the hair to air dry this way. High-quality, straight human hair extensions usually dry with a slight natural wave, curl or 'bend'. Because they lack the heavy, chemical straightening treatments of artificial hair, their true, raw texture often emerges when air-dried naturally." If this is considered "normal" for their straight hair extensions, why wasn't that disclosed before the sale? That information would have directly impacted my purchasing decision. More importantly, what I received is not a slight wave or bend--it is clearly curly. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund or exchange because the extensions had been washed. But there was no way to discover that the texture changed so dramatically without washing them. The policy effectively prevents customers from verifying whether the product actually matches how it was represented. The hair itself is healthy and good quality, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. My disappointment is with the misleading product representation and the unwillingness to stand behind it once the true texture became apparent. For a premium product at this price point, I expected much better transparency and customer service.
