It was such a loving, fun, family environment and my son only had a day or two of adjustment, even though he was with 3x the amount of kids and had been at the same place since he was 3 months old. He's 3 now and loves going to school, has made so many friends that he will be going to preschool with, and we have made some family friends. They have big birthday parties, themed parties, and are cared for by some really loving experienced people. He knows all his colors and can count to 20, sings to many songs and just is overall extremely happy there. I can't recommend them enough!

Our family had a very poor experience at this center. I should have trusted my instinct during the…read moreenrollment process when the center leaned about my child's minor disability and demanded I complete a reasonable accommodation form prior to his start date. My 2 year old is in a physical therapy program, during the pandemic his therapy was strictly virtual.I was required to sign a document that stated "should the center be unable to reasonably accommodate my child's needs" he would be disenrolled. I assured the director Sarah Zirzow that he was an independent and active average 2 year old they did not need any "special" privileges or accommodations yet we were still denied a fair treatment. I took her actions as a simple inexperience in working with children with disabilities and abided by the rules. 1st day the incident reports began piling up. He was sent home with multiple reports of violent behavior which sounded nothing like my child. The director made the decision to not allow him to come back for the remainder of the week and put together a 3 strike contract terminating him from the program. My child was disenrolled in less than 3 weeks. I have made over a dozen contacts to the corporate office at the Learning Group asking for a call back and no one has yet to return my call. The center charged us for a month and a half worth of daycare expenses and has made further unauthorized charges against our checking account 4 weeks after his disenrollement date. A billing specialist at the leaving group finally informed me that my refund would not mailed for 7-9 weeks! I have sent multiple emails since requesting videos of the allegations, copies of incidents they reported that were never provided to me, an explanation to my refund.. none of which have been responded to. The center staff was very pleasant during the enrollment process but have very little to no experience in managing an educational program and caring for small children. The new center has not reported a single incident in nearly 4 weeks.... I feel so guilty putting my child through whatever happened at this center during that 3 weeks and not trusting my first instinct. TLE is the best local preschool. The teachers are fantastic and you can tell they love their jobs…read moreand the children, not just in the way they approach their work, but the details. For example, when Ms. Brittany served my child breakfast, she drew a smiley face on the pancake with syrup. The curriculum is well designed and offered by corporate, including an app for children to practice what they learn at home. The app is also excellent for routine communication regarding potty training, what has been served/eaten at mealtimes, and daily activities. It's nice to know what my child did that day so that we can talk about it! The summer months also include a range of events (we aren't field trip aged yet) like ice cream and snow cone trucks, fitness camp, magicians, zoo to you, and water play days. I love that the food is provided. It is one less thing to worry about--running out the door and only having to remember a water bottle is amazing. Each breakfast includes a main, a side of fruit, and milk. Each lunch includes a main dish, a side of fruit, a side of vegetables, and milk. Afternoon snack includes two things and typically includes a fruit, veggie, or protein source. Everything at TLE is extremely clean, the toys are in good condition, there is a variety of books, the floors are clean, and even the handprints on the front glass door are cleaned daily (sorry, some of them are my child's). The playground areas are very nice--each has a slide, but the older children's area also has scooters and bikes. Both have astroturf, which I appreciate because there are no dirt or grass stains when my child comes home. Each playground also has a shaded area with picnic tables. The events are an added bonus. They are free to families and it's nice to chat and connect with others in your child's class. I also recognize that the teachers know my child and greet her by name. They also do different things to appreciate the parents and families like monthly take home dinner nights or sometimes breakfast on the go. We definitely feel appreciated and like part of a community. We toured other locations and also enrolled at a different preschool before switching to TLE and can't imagine a better fit or trusting anyone else to do what they do.

She really treats them like they are her own kids. If you want a daycare solution (and preschool soon), that really is something better than the average place that just warehouses kids, then Caring for Angels is the solution for you. They have done some great fieldtrips and the kids were even in the Warrenton, Va downtown parade on a float. It is associated with the True Deliverance Church of God.
