He also sold me a beautiful French door but left the handles mismatched and incorrect from what I picked from the original catalog. He scrambled the day of installation to run back and forth from Lowe's and then blamed the mistake on his contractors. He then acted like the handles were satisfactory when they don't even MATCH! Also did not tell me until the day of installation that I would be responsible for painting the trim and patches left after the installation. I have been chasing him to correct the handles for the past month. This guy is only looking to put money in his pocket and could care less about service or the final product. He even had the nerve to ask me for final payment before the work was complete. Luckily I waited until the door was in but it looks like I will be replacing both the keyless entry and the French door handles on my own. The photos attached are supposed to be the "final product." Scam artist is all I have to say.
