The quality of the tint is just horrible. Paid $250 for a shitty tint job. Had to ask the employees to fix 3 different windows before leaving. Making an appointment was very easy with good communication on Instagram. Bianca was informative on what tints people usually get and making it easy to make me understand the different shades/percentage on tints, also offered and placed reminder stickers not to open the windows for a number of days. Tint job took an hour. Noticed some bubbles on some parts of multiple windows(which i will be observing in the next few days if it will resolve itself). Also Noticed that the solution they used to install the tint has dried off and was all around the outer glass and the body of my car. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to as my car wrap got damaged by these guys leaning over on the rear quater panel and they must not have those special no belt buckle belts. They peeled into my mate black wrap now I have to rewrap the car. Should have never retinted the rear window should have just left it with bubbles. I would never lie about something like this no need too. Just a heads up for people with customs wraps. You guys say it's all lazer cut then my question is why lay the tint on the back window from the outside? Same thing with my other truck you guys did the fro t windshield! If you truly had checked the cameras you would have seen my car was not peeled on the sides like that and your guys both did lean on my car bro. Sucks you guys won't admit to your mistakes. Brought my Wife's car in to get tinted. The price is fair especially considering they're using top quality 3M Tint. (Cheap isn't good, good isn't cheap) The rear window did bubble up at the bottom after only 3 days, but they held up to their lifetime warranty, took the car in & changed out the tint with no problems & no charge. They are friendly, responsive, and honestly very good at what they do. The combination of craftsmanship, & quality materials make for an excellent job. I will be bringing my own vehicle to tint the front windshield to match the rest of my vehicle. I got my windows tinted with TWT and I had a very good and pleasant experience. I had send several messages to multiple tint companies and TWT was the first to respond with a price quote. Roberto was kind enough to explain the difference on the types of tints and was able to accommodate me on my schedule. The tint took about 1.5 to install and they even fixed a correction I needed. Fuck this place!! Beware of this place!! They well Fuck up your car. They fucked up my brand new Toyota 2024 coming out from the dealership to this place my biggest mistake ever!! Please if you do go here check your car before and after. I got my Toyota all widows and the front windshield too. I had notice scratches the next day a few on the front windshield. I'm so upset because I know it was there I haven't taken out anywhere else plus the scratches are inside so how the Fuck are they there? The one outside I noticed more because it was on a black surface and obviously scratched it was now white so how the Fuck do you cut the tint? They obviously said we not use anything sharp my ass!!
