I had to sneak in a few questions as I was ordering my drink, and simply enough Rachel was able to make me a wonderful summer drink using fresh herbs using basil and mint. So good! Her fee structure is also simple to and very fair, which I really appreciated. It was a big factor in deciding to hire her. Most other places I contacted charge "ala carte" and nickle and dime you for everything little thing, which is horrible and expensive. Claudia's structure is much better and more affordable.
