Visit was Opening night. Beautiful, Wonderful Happy place. The owners have transformed an empty lot formerly occupied by a food truck into a city neighborhood oasis. Reasonably priced wines coupled with great service and a cool neighborhood vibe make for a relaxing experience. And there is a nice mix of locals and people from elsewhere. I was here on opening notes with fellow YELPER Alexandra K along with her husband. Thanks for turning me onto this place ! A good time was had by all. Apologies for not remembering the owners names but both of them were really cool wonderful people and I'm sending kudos out to both for coming up with a wonderful idea for this corner of West Philly. I drive in from the Media area But that's not gonna be a deterrent. You're going to find me here a lot. I can highly recommend it to anyone

I was psyched when I learned about the opening of The Wine Garden from some of my fellow Yelpers. Right in my neighborhood, I hoped that it would prove to be a fun new spot for me to check out, and after attending the opening night, that's definitely a yes. Nestled between two buildings on Baltimore Avenue near Cedar Park, the owners have transformed the space into a lovely outdoor seating area with umbrella-shaded tables, abundant flowers and other greenery, and overhead string lights and citronella soy candles. It is worth a visit just for the ambiance alone, it's such an idyllic oasis in the middle of West Philly. The beverage menus make it a definite must for lovers of wine and outdoor summer seating. An impressive wine list, with sparkling, red, white and rose wines from around the world is offered, and there's a great wine cocktail list as well (my friend Dee got a mango mimosa, and I can't wait to try the peach variation on my next visit). Happy hour is $5 on select red, white, rose and sparkling wines, and a dollar off wine cocktails (which includes the essential summer drink, the "frose"). But ambiance and a winning menu are not what make a drinking (or dining) establishment a winner. That's up to the people - they're the ones who really provide the vibe. The Wine Garden succeeds on that front for sure. The patrons were largely families, couples, and groups of friends from the neighborhood (as well as some who traveled from beyond!), and everyone was clearly enjoying themselves and having a great time. The owners, Nazareth and Lydia, were walking around to everyone at the tables and the bar, introducing themselves, making sure everyone was happy, and adding to the warmth and enthusiasm of the evening. I can't speak for everyone, but they both gave real time and attention to our table, sharing their stories, listening to ours, and all around contributing to and joining in our laughter and the charm of the experience. I will definitely be making this a regular hangout spot in my neighborhood, including for the planned Wednesday game nights!

Nice set up here and tasty cold treats! While the water ice tasted better than the wine infused ice cream, it was a fun experience to get to try wine infused ice cream.

Its sooo cute!!!! Wish they had a bigger space. The frozen rose (frosé) where good and had just enough alcohol. I would definitely go back when I visit Philly again. Its not a spot where u will sit all day. More of a get your drink, chill fir a few mins, then go. I pray they get the chance to expand

We attended the Rosé Brunch at the center city location and the staff were amazing. They made a hard day easier for us and we are forever grateful. The food was delicious, the wine was flowing and the atmosphere was perfect. The garden is an oasis in the middle of the city!!

This place is amazing!! The photos won't do the decor any justice. From the hostess, bartender, food, musicians, guests and more, I am pleased to have attended the wine brunch during Labor Day weekend. The ambiance and scenic greenery reflects the beauty and pleasant environmental atmosphere that we tend to forget about. The vibe here is unmatched! I look forward to the new Miami location where I can invite my friends and family to experience this beautiful event. 10/10 would highly recommend.

What's not to love about this new pop-up Wine bar?!? Live music, great wine and specialty drinks, happy hour specials, and a totally chill vibe with beautiful decor! I'll be spending lots of nights relaxing here!

We braved negative degree weather for the roughly 10 minute walk from our hotel. We walked in at a good time. This is the type of place where a reservation for breakfast would be required. We were sat immediately. The dining area is tight. A green velvet bench, marble tables, metal chairs, all packed into a small area. You could very well have your butt brush over the table of the patrons next to you if you have to get up for any reason. It's tight. Our server was around quickly. He was super friendly and kept things conversational, light and sophisticated. My wife ordered an iced latte, I had their hot drip coffee. For a starter, we had to try the cinnamon knot bread. While it wasn't what we were expecting, it was good. Although, we wouldn't order again. The bread is presented as a small loaf, room temperature with a cold cream cheese icing drizzled over top. The bread had a mild cinnamon flavor and was dry. It lacked the sweet, moist dough you expect from a cinnamon bread. My wife ordered the French style omelet. This had gruyere cheese and chives. Beautifully plated, perfectly cooked and the taste was spot on. It was good enough to forget that she paid $21 for just an omelet, no meat, no sides. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. Pretty standard here. The eggs had bright orange yolks which is common for farm fresh eggs. The "coffee" hollandaise didn't come across with a coffee flavor but it was rich and went well with the ham and English muffins. One thing that stuck with me was their drip coffee. Not sure if it has been a while since I had a light roast but the Rival Bros. Revolver coffee was so good, I got a bag of whole beans to bring back home with me. I may even order it again online. Enswell succeeded on all fronts. The ambiance and service was great. The decor, impeccable. The food, thoughtful and tasty. The details from the silverware to the plates added to the experience. We would come back.

I came into town for a brief cameo to go to the Phillies/Mets game with my cousin chums, a game that will go down as one of the most unpleasant in-person experiences of my life, but that was to Barcelona's benefit; what the Mets lacked in competitiveness and quality starting pitching, Barcelona made up for with unique and tasty offerings. We stopped by this past Saturday afternoon around 2:30pmish. The movie marquee on the exterior is a very cool touch and definitely something you notice from a block out. It was a little chaotic when we first walked in (seemed like a birthday party or baby shower had just ended) so it took a few minutes to get someone's attention, but not a big deal. We got a chance to soak in the interior, which was pretty modern/pleasant; heavy emphasis on wood, both in terms of the tables and walls and cool, dim lighting. Given the sunny weather, we opted to sit outside and quickly requested a change to the shaded table after changing two or three skin tones in five minutes. All good. Everyone was emotionally drawn to the charcuterie (which would have been impossible to overlook anyway since it took up a significant chunk of the menu), and we went with the Aperitivo Board pretty much because one of my cousin chums has an unhealthy obsession with olives. Good overall though it didn't have the edgy variety of the top-tier boards I've had (which for my money usually include sweeter options like fruit compote and my all-time fave charcuterie accompaniment, honeycomb), but it did the job. The real highlight of the board for me and possibly everyone though was the patatas bravas, which was basically seasoned potatoes covered in garlic aioli. Delicious, even though it seemed a little naughty to have it on a charcuterie board. We also ordered two additional tapas, the albondigas and the jamon & manchego croquetas (I think), which translated roughly to meatballs and a bowl of French fries topped with an egg and some ham. In hindsight I don't know why we doubled down on the potatoes but it is what it is. The meatballs were very tender/juicy, but I don't think I sampled too much of the croquetas beyond grabbing a random French fry or two, so the combo of that dish was probably lost on me. Everything hit the spot though - no issues. I also got some chilled red wine, which I selected because red seemed like the move and it was very toasty outside. Not a particularly sophisticated thought process there, but didn't need to be. The service was fine; we weren't in a rush and basically had a leisurely pace throughout the meal that our waitress matched. It was pretty busy in our area as well, so if we were waiting a few extra minutes here or there, that made sense to me. A few of the Boomer male customers shot me passive aggressive looks at my Mets jersey, but I'm not going to blame the wine bar for some of their Cro-Magnon clientele; as long as your staff isn't making tongue-in-cheek comments about Chase Utley and Ruben Tejada, we're good. Very cool spot, and would have zero issue coming back to explore more of this lengthy menu, inside or outside.

The focaccia and polenta fries were my favorites!! They reasons this isn't a perfect five for me is because the HH menu is pretty limited.
