Yucca and surrounded areas have a lot of service members so when you greet a service active duty or retired there should be some sort of professionalism. Sir or ma'am works wonders when greeting someone. Using the term "brother" or "man" can be seen as disrespectful to many people. So when a customer asks you to not refer to them as brother you should stop instead of proceeding to insult someone. Jose the store manager thought it was okay to disrespectfully to refer to a customer as "brother" even when he was kindly asked not to. When the customer had to say "please stop calling me brother" Jose told him to leaves. THATS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Have more respect for people.
