Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. When I said Samsung store, i meant to say they said they had a Samsung Diagnostic Computer which analyzes the contents. Yes, they are an insurance company. But they told me what was up, didnt pitch anything new and apologized. Maybe they were lying. But in the end they handled the situation w tact Indirectly call your customer a liar: You asked me if the phone got wet, anything spilled on it, do I let my kids play with it? Not to my knowledge and no my kid doesnt play w it. And then I was gonna say but who is 100% when it comes to spill or splash? But I didnt even get that far. You cut me off saying, "Hey man.
