He wasn't the cheapest but I liked what he had to say and he seemed to be able to provide the system that I wanted. He came out on the day we scheduled with a helper and they installed my new system. He even helped to recommend and set up a better home internet/ wifi system with my own modem and router. With this recommendation I will save a bunch of money in the long run. I love the security system he set up for my home. I would definitely recommend him and use this company in the future. According to his business card he does "Network Cabling", "Camera Systems", "Phone systems" also. It took three months and five conversations with customer service to straighten out the transaction. When I went into the store to try to straighten it out the store manager was disrespectful and gave me the wrong number for customer service twice. The clerk who made the transaction would not speak to me or even look at me. Suspicious.

I was told by a sales associate that it was impossible for me to upgrade because of the fact that my phone was broken, rendering it an impossibility for my phone to receive a text code from the company. At every turn I was told, " not possible. " I am not at all tech savvy but everyone I've spoken to, regarding this experience, has actually laughed and said that this store location is a joke and should not even be open. It was like they were trying to discourage sales. I went to the t mobile store in cuyahoga falls. They were wonderful and very helpful. Was it possible for me to buy a phone there? It absolutely was and I did. T mobile in stow is terribly inept.
