First, everyone laughed when I told them a contractor told me two weeks start to finish... and dang if they didn't get close. Two and a half weeks and only because they found a few unexpected obstacles. (Not their fault) First, I'll say the whole team was amazing. I hate workers in my house but Jose became a fixture. Part of the reason they went over a couple days is probably because my husband liked talking to him (don't tell Matt). Jose was so great, and had such attention to detail. He was telling us about potential annoyances and giving us solutions before we could even think of them (and I think about everything!). All the other guys, Mike, Juan, and Rafa, were just as great. Matt came by just about every day to check on progress and address any unexpected issues. When things did come up they didn't take the easy way out, they made sure it was fixed properly even if that meant ordering a new door or trim piece. Matt took every idea I had and ran with it. Even added some things I didn't know existed, like a cool corner pull out, which impresses everyone. I got my touch sink, kick out trash, pocket doors, and pull out pantry drawers. I couldn't have asked for more. I think many people came here looking to get cabinets refaced. But I'm here to say ask them about brand new cabinets. The cost difference is not as drastic as you would think (although not insignificant). But for a kitchen I will live with forever it was worth it. Also worth noting, I was stressed about added costs. Matt assured me from the beginning his goal is to keep the end price as close to the quote as possible. And dang if he didn't mean it. Our end invoice was just a couple hundred dollars over the initial quote because of those unexpected issues. To only have to deal with one team for the whole project (well two, I got a separate contractor for the floors), was such a blessing. Please do yourself a favor and call BCR.

We completed a top to bottom remodel of our master bath in 2019. In 2022 problems arose with the…read moretile floor. The grout was failing and the floor tiles were coming apart. The original tile sub repaired the tile grout twice but ended up walking away from the job. At that point and to his credit, our general contractor hired Italian Heritage Tile and Stone to inspect the floor. Sal and Vince quickly determined the floor needed to be replaced; the original installation was defective. Sal estimated they could do the job in two weeks or less. In fact it took less, 9 work days, to remove the old tile and install the new floor. I would describe the process as seamless! The two workers arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and laid a beautiful floor. They went the extra mile to hand sort the tile to mach the vagaries of the tile we selected. In short it was the perfect experience!

Used them for 2 jobs. They tend to give you a fair quote at first, but then they would charge you…read morefor small things, saying it costs them time/labor to do it. To be fair, the work quality was ok, not very efficient or skillful, but ok. The issue is with how they communicate their costs--everything can be a change order. That throws you over budget. I had them refinish my cabinets. They gave me a quote for the "total" without disclosing it does not include materials. When other contractors quote me for a paint job, they usually include all costs in the quote; if not, at least they would make clear materials are additional. With EZPro, I only found out the additional costs upon seeing the final invoice. Materials are never included in any of their quotes. They literally charge you for every single item they buy, from wood board to wood glue (yes, wood glue!) and plastic bumpers (the little plastic stoppers you stick to cabinet doors). Their communication was prompt in the beginning, but it went downhill as the project progressed. Half way through, they did not show up for days, and came only for 2 days in 2 weeks. I kept asking for a status update. It took them 2 or 3 days to reply. The project went overtime by 100% of the original time estimate. Finally, when I received the invoice, I was shocked to learn they even charged me $50 for electrical trim removal and re-installation. What does it entail? Only unscrewing the face plates of electric outlets for a paint job and putting them back afterwards! Every little "additional" work can cost extra, b/c "they don't work for free," they explain. I had to dispute them to get it back. They called me stingy for disputing for these little charges. One last thing. When they asked for a payment, they demanded you to pay the same day. They would follow up the next day if they haven't seen the payment.
