I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
