Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . When we got there a day and a half late, they charged us based on the discounted rate from our prepaid reservation. That was fair and fine by me. SeaTac Park's rates are higher than many of the other SeaTac lots, but the level of service is also much higher. The parking stalls are wide and well lit, and the staff are terrific. I brought him a Pendleton blanket to incorporate with leather for a new bench seat, giving a nod to the 70s while still keeping a luxury feel. Together they collaborated with me to design an entirely new look that exceeded my expectations. The result is simply stunning--Ed is a true artist who has perfected his craft. He had a wide variety of leathers to choose from, and I ended up going with a gorgeous Mercedes leather. The transformation is night and day compared to the old, ratty seat cover I had before. On top of that, my truck didn't even have carpet, and they custom-made a carpet that fits perfectly and pulls the whole interior together. Every detail is thoughtfully done, and the quality is second to none. I…read moredidn't know anything about the shop except that Korion, the owner, came highly recommended by the local Internet community. I can't say enough about how extremely satisfied I was with how everything turned out. What at first seemed to be a pretty straightforward operation turned out to be a lot more involved than initially planned. In order to finish the installation, the entire front bumper ended up having to be removed, which was due to a limitation of the product itself. What was planned to take 2 hours ended up taking 6. Instead of charging me more, the owner stood by his initial bid, which was already very competitive. He even lent me his personal vehicle in the mean time so I could run some errands while waiting. The install turned out flawless with meticulous attention to detail. To give just one example, they even stained all of the manufacturer-supplied screws black to give it a more discrete look. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. One year in I'm still happy every time I look at the install. I can definitely recommend them.
