I was not very happy with my experience at The Yard. I ordered a Seltzer off the menu that the waitress came back and said was unavailable. I asked to look at the drink menu again and she told me the Margaritas were $7 for Happy Hour. I proceeded to order the Spicy Pineapple Cilantro Margarita. When I got the bill, I wanted to know why I was charged $15 for it. The waitress then said that margarita was not included in the happy hour price. This is just bad business. If a customer responds directly to a recommendation from waitstaff, it should have been mentioned right away it was not included in the $7 choices. $15 for this margarita was absolutely not worth it. The glass did not come with a salt rim and it was not spicy as advertised. As far as food goes .. the quesadillas were good but the nachos were just ok. There was so much pico de gallo but very limited on the other toppings included the meat which is an extra charge. The bill for this meal was way more that it should have been. Waitstaff overall was not good. Will not be returning. read more

Buffalo chicken bites were very tasty Rolex burger was very tasty but a little on the small side. My wife said steak salad was excellent. Great food and drink! Just came here with my daughter and a few friends. As a group we had tacos, a Korean bulgogi sandwich, mussles and a bunch of other awesome dishes. Everything was delicious and the beer on tap was also great. They have more than a dozen interesting tap beers which are very reasonably priced. It was my first time here and it happened to be karaoke night. I went with a few ladies. We waited a bit to be seated outside. The guy who we assumed was a manager or owner was very nice and attentive. He sat us down along with a waitress took our order. Our first round of drinks my friends had the red and white sangria and I had a Miami Vice. My drink was pretty to look at but tasted so bland. It tasted like a red food coloring slushie, really strange. The white sangria was too sweet according to one of the girls, the red was good. My friend is a vegan so she requested veggie tacos and they were able to accommodate her request and she enjoyed them. My other friend just had sweet potato fries and she enjoyed them. I had the shrimp with toast in a garlic, wine sauce which was delicious, I wished I had more bread to soak up all the sauce. I also had fries which were good. For our 2nd round I ordered the raspberry cheesecake martini and it wasn't good at all. It had a strange taste. The drinks were also very expensive for how they tasted. A Miami Vice slushie $14 pretty ridiculous. And the martini was $15 also a huge waste of money. It also took very long to get the drinks and we had to speak up about it. The waitress was just all over the place. We did enjoy the karaoke they had the same people singing, but it was good. Overall, it's an ok place. I would try it again and try more drinks and food. The tables were spaced out and staff wore masks. Customers pretty much took off the masks at the tables. read more

I went here on a Friday night and there was a bit of a wait To get seated. This place has definitely maintain its popularity. Way more than meets the eye. Met for lunch with friends and was expecting typical bar food. Our waiter, Chris, was great. I'm a sucker for Martini with Bleu cheese hand stuffed olives.
