    Cinnamon Coffee Milkshake

It's all about presentation and hype. We were all excited to try this because the hype surrounding its reputation. While the service was great and the presentation of the products were beautiful, the quality of the product was average at best. The price was outrageous for what we feel we received. It's all about the toppings- which you're going to pay additional for so a basic milkshake with whipped cream cost over $10 ($13 with tip). The interior of the facility is clean and pleasantly decorated which makes it an enjoyable place to sit and escape from the heat. My recommendation would be to save your money and find a little mom and pop place for a more flavorful experience at a more reasonable cost. It was just ok for us- mostly paying for decorated whipped cream. Not terrible, but won't be visiting again.

This was a great experience, and the novelty of it was truly enjoyable. While I wouldn't visit this type of place as often as a traditional ice cream shop, it's a fun and interesting option for special occasions or as an occasional treat. The price reflects the novelty factor, but given its location, it makes for a great tourist stop. I would recommend it if you're visiting the area. While the desserts are extravagant and over-the-top, which is part of the fun, the actual ice cream itself is fairly basic, with indulgent toppings that steal the spotlight. Ultimately, this is more about the experience than the quality of the dessert itself. While I can't say I'd return frequently, it was definitely worth a visit for the novelty and creativity. One visit was enough to enjoy the concept, and it was a fun idea overall.

Awesome establishment with fantastic creations of everyone's favorite past time...ice cream! The Yard is certain to have something on the menu that's not just cosmetically pleasing, but certain to entertain your taste buds as well. You can get any of their flavors in a "eat it" or "drink it" form, meaning digging ice cream out of a jar or inhaling it through a straw. Either way, you're sure to get a workout with far more calories going down the hatch than being burned. The cookie dough ice cream is some of the best ever created! Friendly fast service along with a causal atmosphere. The finished products are truly works of art that taste as good as they look!

Friendly staff! Amazing Milkshakes! Is it a hot day? Are you wanting a sweet treat? You must come to the yard! My family and I came here after spending the whole day shopping in 99 degree weather. And this was perfect way to cool off and get our sweet treat for the day! They have something for everyone, they will do milk shakes and just ice cream in the cone! Decent amount of seating, but can get packed quick! And you get to take home your milk shake glasses which just makes it a little more special! Cleanliness: 5 stars, smelled amazing and clean tables weren't sticky, Bathrooms were decent!

We got the Brookie bowl and the s'mores bowl. Both were so delicious! We can't wait to come back. We want to try all the flavors! They're all so good

Oh geezus. I can't say how much I still think about the milkshake I got a couple weeks ago. We walked in to get some ice cream and it helped cooled us down on a hot summer day. The place is cute and has indoor as well as outdoor seating. The strawberries and cream cheesecake milkshake has strawberry ice cream with strawberry topping in a vanilla iced jar with graham cracker crumbs. It's topped with a New York style cheesecake with more strawberry topping, graham crumbs, and whipped cream. I devoured it and could have went for everything on their menu if I wasn't counting calories...lol! The friendly staff was helpful behind the counter. There are about 20 kinds of flavors of ice creams along with toppings. The same number goes for the specialty milkshakes. You get to keep the jar that the milkshake comes in and you are able to wash it out in the sink before you leave. Too bad it's 4 states away or I probably would make an appearance every week ;)

The hostesses were amazing but we came here for my daughter and we got the brookie batter and it was essentially a flat flavorless milkshake that left all 3 of us wondering what the heck we spent $19.60+ on. My husband got a small oatmeal cream pie flavor and I got a small Christmas cookie ice cream flavor. They are both okay but ever overpriced for the experience. For the price, this establishment is very disappointing.

This is supposed to the peanut butter brownie bliss, but this is NOT what we ordered.

Went out of my way to come here as there are no locations near me (California). I was looking forward to coming here as the milkshakes look amazing!!! However, I was greatly disappointed. 1. The workers are rude & have 0 socialization skills. Upon walking in, no one greeted us & it took another 5 minutes of us standing there before we were even acknowledged. While waiting to order all we heard was the workers complaining the entire time, or having inappropriate conversations with one another. 2. The wait time is horrendous!! We came on a weekday in early afternoon to hopefully beat the evening rush. It was still a 30 minute wait for our 1 ice cream. They weren't even busy, there were maybe 3 other tables, but the employees would rather talk than work. 3. The order was completely wrong. We ordered the peanut butter & brownie bliss. However, what we ordered was not that. Initially it looked right, however it was covered in soooo much whip cream we didn't realize it was not the right dessert. We asked the employee if it was correct, and she rudely said "...yeah!". I mentioned there was no peanuts, or peanut butter. She said she could give it to me on the side, or I would have to wait for it to be remade. At this point I was over being there & left without eating much of the ice cream. This place is just for pictures, but other than that the ice cream wasn't even good & the overall experience was terrible. I recommend going to the Apple Valley Creamery!! Better ice cream, better service & much cheaper!

This place if TERRIBLE. For starters the map isn't accurate. It is right behind the Lumberjack Feud. There is literally no phone service and no menus. I asked the guy working there for a menu and he told me I needed to scan the qr code. I showed him my phone that nothing will pull up because there is no service. He said to try going outside for service. But yet this whole town has terrible service. How do they expect a customer to know what they want if there are NO menus? I asked him if there was not any paper menus and he said they are at the register and I asked him if he could grab me one so people don't think I am cutting in line. He said there is only one. There were two Wi-Fi links and I asked them for the Wi-Fi password and they claimed they didn't have any Wi-Fi but that's kind of funny because there was two Wi-Fi with their name in the title. How the hell can a place be efficient if customers can not see a menu and have to look at it when they get to the register and even when we get to the register., It's not even a legit menu. It doesn't even say what is in each shake or cup. So I asked the girl what 4 of them are and of course that irritates them. Oh man, they actually have to do their job..... If they had a legit menu than each customer wouldn't have to ask. Pigeon Forge is one of the largest tourist towns.... I think they could/should print more menus. Well, make legit menus so we don't inconvenience the teens working here who scoff if you ask what something is. If you don't like your job, than maybe they should work somewhere else. If the menus keep getting stolen like the guy claimed than maybe they should laminate it and tape it inside the ice cream case. Someone either dropped or dumped their ice cream on the floor and the girl working there passed it by 8 times, yes 8 times, looking at it each time before she decided to clean it up. I do think that whoever dropped it should have cleaned up after themselves, but people don't tend to have manners or morals these days. I got the chocolate cookie craze pop and the unicorn cup with the blue cookie ice cream. The whip cream is non dairy whip. The ice cream tasted synthetic with like a coffee or butterscotch flavor. I just ate the cone and threw the rest away. There was a guy next to the trash and saw me throw the whole entire thing in the trash and was completely shocked. So.... $18 in the trash. If you want good ice cream or milkshake, good service and not an attitude, go to Crazy Mason. Their shakes/ice cream, service is better.

Comparing this with the Mason Jar, I feel their prices are bit pricey but you do get free parking and plenty of place to sit around. We wanted to order a specific ice cream due to allergies and the girl behind the counter was super helpful and very professional. Unlike other places most of them do not care nor help you at all. Our order came fast so as others as we were there for a while. I don't know what's the fuss with delay orders might be a competitor or a false fake review. Which is very normal norm in this county. Everyone was smiling and customer service was top notch.

We visited the Yard Milkshake Bar on our most long weekend getaway to Gatlinburg. This place was packed when we visited! And for good reason, the menu is packed with fun and creative milkshakes and everything came out just as it looked like in the photos! Only deducted a star for the price was it was close to $20 for a specialty milkshake. Not an everyday purchase but a nice treat once in a while! The staff were all super friendly and the decor of the place is very aesthetic!

Meh. Realllly expensive ($17 per shake). These are very neat looking, Instagram worthy shakes, but ours were all super runny and fell flat on flavor. We left feeling underwhelmed.

Yum!! This place is a must visit in Pigeon Forge. The store is clean and cute. Service was quick, they were super busy and only 2 people working and we still waited only 15 minutes. The ice cream is amazing.

I got the lunch special, which came with one pork chop. I polished it off. I believe the dinner entree comes with two! Luckies! The fried green tomatoes were also awesome, and so was the shrimp and grits which was a "lighter" version with the veggies and tomato base in the grits. The lunch specials are a steal and a healthy portion size too. Available every day 11am-4pm. Complimentary freshly baked bread served warm upon request. We had high hopes for the pies and ordered the seasonal lemonade pie. It was meh. We would pass on this one. Heather was our server and she was great! We walked in around 3pm on a Saturday and were told it'd be maybe a ten minute wait but then got a text as soon as we sat down that a table was ready! There's a free parking lot in the Old Mill area and overflow parking down the street too. GET THE PORK CHOP!

Names may not be exactly correct, probably not . I liked trying their cookies when this location first opened. But honestly, most all of their other cookies have just not been enjoyable. The 2024 lineup was sincerely ugh. I also dislike that they change their internal company recipes at times, so the same cookie is now different. And staff members have said this location keeps their cookies past recommended times, usually an hour or two extra, which accounts for times I've received rock hard cookies or severly underbaked cookies. I understand that their ovens are set to underbake their cookies as a brand standard. I am not a Crumbl fan, but keep giving them a chance every once in awhile for some reason. But a few things, this store or the company has now paid to be marked "Locally Owned". It isn't. The owner lives in Nashville. 4 hours away is Local? I greatly dislike that Yelp now allows business owners to pay for wording to influence their page. The Crumbl locations in Knoxville actually are owned by a local guy. Very nice guy too. Also, the greeting at this location is downright either jarring, where they all shout Welcome To Crumbl and there is music blasting so loud you can't think, or it is quiet in there, no music, and the staff blatantly ignores you at the counter. But my most recent issue was a DoorDash, included in photo. I was running behind so I ordered 2 individual cookies, to be taken into work with me, as gifts for coworkers. When I received my order, there were 2 cookies in a box that isnt one of the choices online. Where are my two individual boxes? Why is this location putting 2 cookies in a box that is probably made for minis? I ended up not being able to gift them as I didnt have time to run to their store for 2 boxes, the ones I had ordered and paid for??? Crumbl charges customers if they want extra boxes, but doesn't send what we paid for. $20 for cookies, delivery fee, tax and tip wasted. Thanks Crumbl PF. Please do your jobs better.
