From out of state. Never tried Andy's before. I grabbed a small concrete Gooey Butter Cake. Wtf. First off, my blood sugar spiked after about two bites and I felt like I was floating. Secondly, I am not sure how anyone could possibly consume a large one of these...or even a medium. Thirdly, it was dang good. Although, I felt the enamel sloughing off my teeth and was spitting sugar cubes afterwards. The service through the drive thru was solid and patient. Our first time, so we had to study the menu before ordering. Custard is smoother and richer than Pagan ice cream. i know that now. We don't have Andy's out where we live. Part of me is grateful for that.

Puddin' my order in and got it in under a minute Mistook this place for an in n out burger and walked away satisfied and not the least bit disappointed.

We stopped by for a late night snack before heading back to our hotel room and had some very delicious custard. I had the Almond Delight and my wife had the Texas 2-Step. Both were very delicious. Friendly workers and very clean. Wide selection of delicious treats will leave you wanting to come back again and again for more!

A picture of a supposedly medium concrete and they did not even fill the cup to the top

Was excited to see they had blackberries in so ordered a blackberry jackhammer she told me when I said the blackberries and cone crumbs are down the middle of the cup and she said no it is too hard to get it down the middle. I said then why do you advertise it that way? She said they put it on top and I said oh I remember last time it fell all over my car because they piled it so high on top with no dome lid. So I changed to a blackberry concrete medium size. Which is five or $6? I forget right now. At the cup was smaller than it used to be talk about shrinkflation I keep seeing it happen at this place at their ice cream. Isn't that great to pay $8 $10 for an item? You're better off to go to Bruster's in Maryville or Knoxville for real homemade ice cream that doesn't come out of a machine. I am going to attach a picture of the smaller cup that's supposed to be a medium concrete and you'll also see they did not even fill the cup all the way up. Don't waste your money. Go to Cruze farms it's Sevierville / pigeon forge for real homemade ice cream from fresh cream and milk or Bruster's where they give you ice cream that has real flavor and the portions are great.

Frozen custard! We made a late night stop at Andy's and wow what a treat. It took us about ten minutes to decide what we wanted because everything sounded amazing. They have a drive thru or a walk up window to order. We walked up and ate outside sitting on one of the many benches. We decided on the AJ AlmondDinger which is vanilla frozen custard blended with hot fudge, almonds, Heath bar and peanut butter. So good. We ordered smalls and the 12oz portion size was plenty big. Definitely look forward to coming back next time we're in Sevierville.

Sooooo wonderful!!! Be patient with the Sevierville location, because they just opened and they are drawing quite a crowd. The custard is amazing! Vanilla and chocolate flavors are made fresh hourly, and you can tell. We opted for 'Jackhammers', which is custard with mix ins that has a hole drilled down the center. The center is filled with a topping of your choice, such as hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow sauce, or even waffle cone bits. It was so RICH! We are dessert lovers, and the large size Jackhammers proved to be too much for both of us. Next time we are going to try the sundaes or even plain custard. It's so good it can stand alone. There are lots of places to get a dessert in the Pigeon Forge vicinity, but few do it as well as Andy's. We will be back!

Custard was excellent. Prices a little high and menu is limited. The kids wanted more choices.

I had been here once before and the food was so good I had to come back. By the time I got to my hotel, I was running late for my reservation and got a call from The Appalachian checking if I was going to make my reservation. I let them know that I had just arrived at my hotel, traffic on I-81 held me up and I was going to order an Uber as soon as I was off the phone. Coming from DC, I expected an Uber would be at the hotel door steps within a few minutes, I was wrong. I was then crushed by the realization that I was wrong, I wasn't gonna make my reservation. I knew that on a week night The Appalachian's kitchen closed at 9. Ride.I called them back to let them know of the situation and expressed my desire to have their Wood Fired Lamb. The Gentleman that answered the phone simply responded "it's going on the grill now, we will see you when you get here. F-ing amazing, turned my stressful and painful day completely around.
