As you walk into the pleasant a cheerful ambiance of the shop, surrounded by pink walls with chairs and tables, what do you expect? That's right, good service. That is exactly what we got. As we walked into we were greeted by a very kind woman. If you want the same experience as us, come there on Mondays at 5:30 pm. She had a very kind voice, and gave us a service equivalent to the treatment of a royal family. The word premium lived up to the sweetFrogs name! It was very yummy. It's "toadally awesome." So says the front windows. Nice spot for some frogalicous yogurt ice cream. Most places around serve mostly ice cream. Looking for dessert after a yummy dinner, we stopped by here. Located in a small strip mall, it is a spacious shop with several tables. There are several flavors of yogurt, 2 at a time at each station with 3 levers, the center one you make a combo. There are quite a few topping to choose from including strawberry boba and chocolate chips. The cups come in 2 sizes and you pay by weight. Service was friendly. We came in and no one was in the store I said HELLO! No one came. Was just ready to leave and I noticed a sign that said ring bell... We were looking for a place to get some cold treats and found SweetFrog. We like that there are many flavors to choose from- non dairy, fruit flavored, and classic vanilla and chocolate. They are all served in dual soft serve machines so after you've picked your flavor, you just pick the size of container and serve yourself. Next you move on to the toppings bar. There are so many to choose from. Fruits and nuts, cookies and candies, brownies, syrups, and sauces. JUST REMEMBER, they weigh your container at the register and the heavier it is the more it cost. I chose the chocolate soft serve with brownie, fudge sauce, caramel sauce and walnuts! Oh so good. We passed Ben &Jerry's and Baskin Robbins and we are glad we did! read more

I tried chocolate, peanut butter, and cake batter flavored types. They were all good, but the cake batter blew my mind! My mom, niece, & I visited Sweet Frog for some frozen yogurt after dinner last week. They had a decent amount of flavors (with only 2 unavailable), and there was a huge variety of toppings from which to choose. I got a moderate amount of vanilla/chocolate twist with just a few peanut butter cups sprinkled on top. My mom & niece each had slightly more than I did (but not even close to a heaping amount) and it ended up being more than $16 for all three of us. It was the first time I had ever tried frozen yogurt, and while it was good, it was way overpriced for the amount we received. We could easily have gone to get ice cream or frozen custard elsewhere and paid a fraction of what we paid here. read more

The Yogurt wasn't too bad, it's pretty much the same as Froyoz except for one BIG difference, the PRICE! I went with a friend, he got a small and I got a large. At the Froyoz in Knoxville my husband and I would both get larges and it would cost anywhere from $11-15. Our total was $19.82 yesterday. I was so embarrassed, had I ever dreamed it was gonna be that expensive for frozen yogurt I would have never recommended it. Plus I really do not understand why John 3:16 was printed on the side of my yogurt cup? There was gospel music playing and a poster explaining that Frog stands for "Fully Rely On God." I wasn't bothered by this but I wonder how their non Christian customers feel about it. read more

There was Christian music playing the entire time, "John 3:16" printed on our froyo cups, and a FROG (Fully Rely On "God") poster. Located on the strip, near Firehouse Subs. This self-serve place does tend to get crowded, but they try to get you through quickly. Though it would have been even quicker if both registers were checking people out simultaneously. Cheaper than some of the others, with far more tastier flavor selections. They do have sugar free choices. They also have a good selection of toppings, but still trying to figure out why none of the self-serve places, in this area, have chocolate sprinkles as a separate choice from rainbow sprinkles. If you have a craving for yummy frozen yogurt treat, this would be my first choice. read more
