Great place to have some feel good food. I am not vegetarian or vegan or very hip so haven't really ventured away from my tried and true. I always get the energy bowl. It is fresh, I love cilantro and they make brown rice taste good. The tofu is a really nice star of the dish. It is nicely seared and has good flavour w a kick. I like the India brunch bowl with potatoes. The roast potatoes are tasty and flavourful in the midst of some really awesome crispy garlic buts but husband thinks it is almost too dark. The eggs are always perfectly runny. I tried the ubud for the first time. Can't say I a fan. The coconut rice I find too sweet and I asked for the Siracha peanut on the side in case it was too spicy but it was hard to mix and not a lot of siracha comes through. They are great with their business. We initially ordered via Uber eats who cancelled the order. We ended up picking up the order and was not charged. I hope they keep up the good work. It is nice to see them thriving in the area.

The food of this cafe is so delicious, sometimes I can't finish it and even take it home. The employees are very attentive.Thanks.

It was recommended that I rate this cafe so I went to check it out. This small healthy food cafe is located in a rather unexpected spot in an industrial concrete area of Port Coquitlam in front of a bus stop. Upon entering I noticed that only one person seemed to be working there. I looked over a rather complicated menu. The server seemed impatient but it was hard to decide as there was no realistic options for children and no pictures on the plastic menu. I ordered a waffle for my child. He didn't like it. It was too fancy and didn't have the flavour or texture of a normal waffle that a kid would want. I ordered what I thought was some sort of salad with tofu but it was actually a tofu sandwich. A little weird, but the flavour was good. Spicy. Over all I like to see healthy vegan type places do well but they need to be practical about there prices and menu options and this one was not. I think my smoothy alone cost $8. As a tip to the cafe, I would recommend installing a bike rack as I'm sure healthy food attracts more then a few healthy life style cyclists.

Friendly staff and cute place. Clean washroom (only one) and nicely decorated inside. They do sell some crystals, handmade jewelry, and other little items from other artists. The drinks are healthy and delicious. The food are filling and many vegan/vegetarian options. You can have meat on the side from the add-on menu. Quite a few different options for food to choose from. The desserts are pre made and in the fridge so if you come a bit later (we went right after noon) and there were only protein balls and chai bar. If you want to try their other desserts on the menu, it's actually difficult unless you come really early and they happen to make it that day. Prices are still reasonable but is on the higher side. The only thing is that there's no designated parking space for the customers so mostly by the streets a block away and from are further if it's all full. The parking lots around are all reserved for the factory and other businesses around. They have a couple outdoor sittings so it's pet friendly outside. It's was a good experience with yummy food but nothing too memorable. The chai bar was good. I might come back for the drinks on a hot day and I'm around the area, but it's not a place I'd travel all the way for.

Finally got to try the Milestone Test Kitchen. This one is located all the way out in Coquitlam…read more Most of the Test Kitchen like Earl, Joey's etc are located in Vancouver. B and I made a reservation because we knew this place is going to be busy on a weekend. Parking lot is very small so I recommend coming in for an early dinner instead. The restaurant is located a block or two away from Coquitlam mall. We walked in and was seated immediately but that was probably because we had a reservation. The greeting was super warm at this restaurant. Our server for the night provided a great experience. We ordered the the Moroccan Meatballs to share. I got the Seafood Risotto and B got the Chicken Clubs with Cajun Fries. For drinks I had an non alcoholic drink the Pink Fizz and B got the Negroni. The Moroccan Meatballs had a lot going on with the flavors. It came with bread to go with the meatballs. My Seafood Risotto looked small but it was quite filling. It had half a lobster with it, lots of shrimps and other seafood. The risotto was very flavorful. B chicken club sounds ordinary but again it was also very flavorful and unique. It is basically a chicken cob salad in a bun. The fries that came with it was delicious. I really like the garlic aioli dip that came with it. All food items that we ordered were only available at this test kitchen. The drinks were good. The meal with tips and taxes came to $120 for two people. Pretty standard pricing. Overall, good experience, good service and good atmosphere.

The server recommended us to try the chocolate cake, we'll try it next time ! Chinese food can often be quite greasy but this food was not, and I loved that about it. This location in New Westminster is the second location of Dragon Bowl. I love how the bowls are customizable. There are options for omnivores, vegetarians and even vegans. You can also get bubble tea drinks here. Dakasi bubble tea was in this space previously but it seems that you can still get their drinks here as all of the cups have the Dakasi name printed on them. The people working here were friendly and polite; however, I do think they could have been a bit more helpful when it came to food selection. My bowl of food came with a "vegetable" soup and as they knew that I had ordered a Vegan bowl I would have thought that if the soup contained meat in it, they would inform me of it. It was only when I sat down to drink my soup and saw pieces of meat in it that I realized it was not a meat free vegetable soup. I ended up giving the rest of the soup to my daughter. Also, there was a bean curd product that looked like noodles which I selected for my bowl. This item turned out to be quite spicy. I was able to tolerate the spice level but with any food item that's spicy, I think it would be good for a shop to give the customer some warning about it. My daughter was sharing this bowl with me, and she had more troubles than me with handling the spice level. Aside from the soup and spice blunders, I did enjoy the food here and would most certainly come back again. I chose to go Vegan for this visit but the marinated egg looked very tempting so I may choose to go Vegetarian next time! They have a patio outside, a mezzanine and quite a few tvs for you to watch games. We got the pineapple wok squid, brussel sprouts and the big "o" chicken sandwich/burger. They asked if we want regular or spicy version for the chicken, We asked for the spicy one. The pineapple wok squid was unique as it had a slight curry flavor and the pineapple gives it a tangy flavor which is an interesting combination that works. I didn't taste the garlic in the dipping sauce, maybe because of the curry taste. It was good. The chicken burger was good as it has cole slaw, pickles, and range sauce. When we told the waitress that we were sharing, she asked if we wanted the burger pre-cut in half. Not a lot of places would have asked that, so that was really good of her to ask. The brussel sprouts were good too as it was crispy but not burnt. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back, maybe for their happy hour
