The second session in January was a full day of restorative yoga, guided meditation, essential oil crafting and blending, sound healing, journaling and more. These were really fulfilling experiences for me and my best friend. The sessions left me feeling at peace and very limber. I enthusiastically recommend this facility and it's instructor, as it is a peaceful, joyful setting designed to stimulate and enhance all the senses. Provided were healthy vegan/gluten free snacks and/or meals, tea and water, equipment such as mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, enrichment materials, flower crowns, crafting supplies, sanitary & pleasant bathroom accommodations, and fire pit access (weather permitting.) Special accommodations can be made for overnight stays. The yoga and other enrichments are conducted in a red and white climate controlled barn that once housed two Clydesdale horses. I found the setting and companionship to be both grounding and encouraging. The Yoga Barn is located in picturesque, lush farmland; it also serves as an animal rescue and some of its current residents that I interacted with include Ella the pig, a mini horse, a small donkey, a Labrador Retriever... my inner child and adult self were extremely content with the surroundings and participants, both two legged and four. I may have overlooked the BYOM but they provided one- best bring your own!if you go. The studio is small though and the class was very full (about 30-40 people), with minimal space between mats. In one of my Lucille Ball moments I actually stepped on my neighbors mat. The instructor was clear, and really nice but not so supportive as in helping you through the poses like some other yoga classes I've been to. The class ended with an intention and a cold towel, which was a nice touch. I bought the intro special and plan to try another class to see if the crowded space is something I can overlook compared to other studios nearby.

Both teachers Thea and Robin are Iyengar trained and take the time to make sure everyone in their classes gets the personal attention and instruction required to learn the fundamentals and eventually get you the next level in the practice. The rope wall, a traditional element of the iyengar practice, provides support when needed and allows students an amazing way to learn the right ways your body should move in and out of the poses. It's not just a rope wall for the sake of a rope wall. It serves a real purpose at THIS studio. The Daley Practice is a yoga oasis in a sea of lesser operators. I have taken a barre class, Pilates, and barrelattes, which is a mix of the two. I recently took their barre crawl class two days ago. I am a member of ClassPass, so I paid $25 for the class. I arrived 10 minutes early. As soon as you walk in, they take your name and ask what size t-shirt you want. The t-shirt was so cute. It said "Meet Me at the barre," and it was a gray tank top with white lettering. I thought it would look very cute, but I didn't put it on because I like to wash everything before wearing it. Almost everyone else put on their t-shirts right away, except for about three other women. They had a choice of small, medium, or large. The first part of the evening was the barre class. Everyone got their shirts and went in for class. A woman with blonde hair helped me. She could be one of the owners or instructors, I'm not sure, but she was extremely helpful. She gave me a resistance band and a ball and helped me get the correct form. I really appreciated that because she noticed I was doing one exercise incorrectly, and she explained that it was why my back was hurting. The class was challenging. I would rate it about an eight out of ten, but I liked it a lot and definitely plan to come back. Everyone in the class was friendly. I don't usually talk to people in exercise classes because I'm still trying to build a regular habit, so I didn't know everyone, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. Part of the evening included little sample cups of smoothies. There were three different types and some snacks, which were nice. After class, everyone went over to the bar in the same shopping center, but I went home. Overall, I loved it. I've been to this studio a couple of times, and every time I enjoy the class. The instructors are very kind, answer any questions, and help you work on your form. I definitely recommend this studio. I almost forgot: After the workout, I saw many women wiping off their workout ball with hydrogen peroxide spray. So, this was a courteous and healthy gesture to do for the next guests. I look forward to my next class there!

Debbie, the owner, has done an amazing job renovating the space Although Pure is a new studio all the classes I have taken here were taught by great teachers with years of experience. Everyone's teaching style is different which I love. I highly recommend trying different classes with all the different instructors. For hot yoga lovers like me this is the best place for your Hot Yoga practice in the area. The studio is heated with infrared panels. This really is the best way to heat rooms for hot yoga, it evenly heats up the room where yogis won't feel that scorching heat during their practice. For me, being able to view the schedule and book a class on my phone is a huge plus. The MindBody app is awesome. Their Facebook page is constantly updated so be sure to follow them.
