Every couple of months they have a more in depth training session on Saturday's. My wife and I found the center about a year ago and have found the training on inner peace to be very helpful in our lives.

The sound system allows teachers to use a microphone so it is easy to hear. The majority of the classes for flow focused, but many offerings to adapt for your preference. Location is on Silverado trail with street parking and a parking lot in the back. I arrived 5 minutes before gathering and was immediately greeted by the lovely Melanie. I had the pleasure of speaking with her before everyone arrived. She was kind, sweet and has a soothing voice. She was able to answer all my questions. I used the restroom before we started and it was clean. While she continued to set up, I sat down for some tea while others trickled in. The space indoors was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and so welcoming. It was a warm and comfortable environment and the people were very friendly. We sat and chatted about our intentions for a few minutes then headed to the mats to begin the sound bath. In addition to the mats that she provided, she had pillows, a blanket and an eye mask for each of us. We were a group of 9 individuals. The sound bath was relaxing, calming, and brought this feeling of relief. Everyone's experience would be different which is why I definitely recommend trying this if you haven't. If you have, it is worth coming back to! Our lives become so busy so this was nice to reset my mind and body. This was a great event and i can't wait to try other services/ classes.

When you first walk into that hot room, it can feel intimidating, like, "Wait, I signed up for this on purpose?" But trust me, everyone starts somewhere, and you'll quickly realize you belong. Lynn and Jeff, the owners, are legends who have built something special with their three studios (Petaluma, SF, and Berkeley). I go to the Petaluma location. The vibe is great, with lots of friendly faces and the kind of heat that makes you question your life choices for 10 minutes and then thank yourself for the rest of the day.
