Once you find it, you won't forget. It's a small place, with a dozen or so tables. The salad bar, off to the left as you enter and the soup stand at the back, are stocked with basic choices. It's not a behemoth salad/soup bar that can overwhelm you with options, but it does have a good mix of fresh salad fixings and soup. One look at the vegetables on the salad bar and I could tell the vegetables are hand cut. The soups (there were at least 3 on the day I was there) are all made by the owner. As with the salads, there are no pre-cut pieces of anything in the soup. Having sampled the chicken noodle soup, I can say it tasted home-made. The pieces of chicken were substantial and almost the same width as the large noodles. It was an ideal soup on that cold, dreary day. One of the owners was the cook for a local food truck and decided to expand to offer a healthier eating choice for the residents of the county.
