If you want sizable portions of mediocre food, then this is the place to eat. We both ordered salads for dinner. Mine wasn't even as described on the menu; my partner's steak salad was better. Our server was utterly clueless and gave us unsatisfactory service, refusing to tell me what kinds of salad dressing they have. "Everything, pretty much." So I ordered creamy Italian only to be told "Oh we don't have that kind." Why play such moronic games with your customers instead of just answering the question to begin with?! read more

Pork chop sandwich, fries and a street fight for 20 dollars. Food is really quite good. The staff very friendly. I would frequently go here for lunch. Even when they were busy, I would be able to order, eat and make it back to work in plenty of time. The clam chowder is a favorite of many. It seems to be what they are known for when I bring them up as a place to go. If I could change one thing, it would be to bring back the steak sandwich on sour dough bread. read more

We got this recommendation from the Laurel Airport manager. He was spot on. Lunch today was wonderful. The staff was super and the food was delicious. I had the Steak and Blue Cheese Salad with some Chicken Wings. The salad was fresh and tasty. The wings were awesome. They were some of the biggest wings I have had here in Montana. Our family was in Laurel today and needed a place to watch the Titans v Chiefs Championship game. Yelp led us to SId's and it did not disappoint! We had the fish and chips, clam chowder, nachos and traditional chicken wings. Everything was so delicious and the service was great. I waited to write a review until I had visited more than once. We have came to sids three times now and every time it's cold beer accompanied by delicious food and a great staff. We have ordered the griz which is a delicious burger with bbq sauce and onions (amazing!!) then the Cuban which is a pulled pork with spicy chipotle Sauce and pickles on chibata ( the new fave:)) and the Philly cheese you can't go wrong!! We've been here now probably a dozen times for football and Sid's is a great place to enjoy the games, have reasonably priced drinks, and good wings and food. Actually, the wings are better than good, and the service is usually terrific. We've only ever tried a couple of the other meals, but the Porkee is a must-have! read more

Horrible. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I had to cut the meatballs with a knife--they were too rubbery for my fork. When I bit into them, my mouth filled up with cold water. Obviously frozen and not heated through. The sauce is almost inedible due to the amount of garlic, and they just drowned everthing in it. The bread was just small. cold slices of rubber too. I have been to Sid's twice recently. A friend of mine loves the walleye that Sid's serves. Yesterday I had the Short Rib dip. I will honestly say, that it was the very best French dip sandwich I have ever had in a restaurant. The beef in it had been cooked to perfection, it was tender, plentiful and flavorful. It was not "sliced" like most dip sandwiches are. There were tender chunks of meat and the au jus did not taste like a mix. It was so YUMMY! Will definitely make the drive to Laurel from Billings for another sandwich like that! read more

Very casual but good place to stop in for a beer and a meal. The Reuben and the mussels are my favorites! Nachos are average though. Have eaten there at least 5 times and have never been disappointed (except the nachos) Will continue to frequent. read more

the atmosphere is really nice. some of the bar area does have some Casino machines behind it for the noise can be a little distracting at times. but there's an area where you can go to that is just at the bar. there are lots of screens to watch TV on, and the wait staff is very friendly. it has some patio seating that you can go out to a nice sunny days. I ordered the barbecue hamburger and sweet potato fries. the barbecue hamburger had a delicious taste, but was a little messy to eat. It was the first time I had to eat a hamburger with a fork. the sweet potato fries are waffle cut, and they were really good. they come with a special dipping sauce that makes it almost taste like pancakes or candy. with a hamburger I thought it was kind of sweet so I ate them just by themselves and I like them like that. we also ordered dessert: the ice cream with a brownie. the brownie is frozen and warmed up in the microwave I'm sure but it tasted really good with ice cream and you get raspberry or chocolate sauce over it. the burger was about nine dollars which is maybe a little bit higher than some other places I have been to in the area but overall it was really good. read more
