It was definitely tasty, but it came out more warm than hot, which was a little disappointing. Flavor-wise it was good, just not something I'd rave about or go out of my way for again. Not sure the point of the 'slaw' as a base as it really wasn't edible. That said, the tater tots were delicious--crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. Also worth noting, the wait time was short, which was a nice surprise. It is a bit on the pricey side for a food truck, but when you compare it to lobster dishes at a nicer sit-down restaurant, it's probably pretty comparable. Overall, glad we tried it, but it didn't totally live up to the hype for us.

Lobster Roll was small lobster claws, ok flavor so the lobster was cooked properly... the bun was a grocery store el-cheapo quality. Tasted like the hotdog buns 8 for $1.99 at any store. Not even a good bun for $25!? Wasted $40!
