You lay flat on the bed and there's a hole for you to breathe through. (this means you have to either lie with your chest on a pillow when face down and it crinks your neck a little bit. other massage places have the head support on the top edge of the bed angled down at a lower angle to prevent this which also provides the therapist easy access to your neck) 7. therapist never touched my neck despite telling her that's what i needed most 8. lackluster quality on the massage. best described as 'meh' 9. after the 40 minutes (insert personal gripe here), she says 'you good now?' Read in between the lines here. 10. upon departure she boldly asked for a tip 11. this place seems like an establishment best suited for gentlemen who like happy endings, not if you need a legitimate massage.

When explaining that we have paid we are forced to cancel our appointment are told we need to pick a different date to better accommodate them. Never in my life have we been treated so poorly on multiple accounts. And it is not until we ask for a manager or a name that we are told they will try to "fit us in" for an appointment we paid for.

She was more than willing to explain everything one step at a time, and work at my comfort level. It took her less than five minutes to have me relaxed and giggling. The massage itself was amazing, and Leslie even took the time afterwards to explain the scalp massage technique she used so I could show it to my husband. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! She also recommended other things that would help my body due to the stress I have been under physically and emotionally. Gave me some samples. Did not try to sell me anything. WOW. That was a shocker, in a very refreshing and good way. I will return to take a very special loved one that needs assistance.
