It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I then called to see what happened ...she was apologetic it seemed but honestly felt she didn't know what she was doing or knew the systems they have in place. She stated that they would give us a free enhancement for the massage and charge us only $120 for our first visit...I show up anyway with my wife to the massage she now knows she was receiving, and the vibe was just off when we arrived. Not only did they try to charge us $160 (full price for it), she didn't even let her manager know of the mishap that happened earlier regarding the email sent to my wife and what the charges would be because of it. I also felt she was smiling and being condescending as we were in the waiting room..just not a good vibe at all. Before it was time to pay and go over the charges, she left the establishment and left the manager wondering what I was talking about. When you walk in, it is a dimly lit, tranquil environment. I did not do the forms in advance but you were able to check-in and do that at the front desk. This spa is what I call "no frills" meaning you go in for your treatments and there aren't any other amenities outside of the waiting area that has tea, water and snacks. My LED facial and scalp massage was amazing. I was glowing and my skin felt amazing afterward. The hot stone massage was divine. The staff was so friendly from beginning to end.
