Despite this, I was placed on a $200/month membership plan and continued to be charged even during a period when I was out of the country and not using any services. Recently, I was informed that I have outstanding dues for the past two months, and that I cannot book another session unless those charges are paid in full. This feels very unfair and frustrating, especially since I had explicitly communicated my preference regarding billing. While the stretching sessions themselves were helpful, the lack of transparency and disregard for customer requests when it comes to billing has left a negative impression. I would strongly recommend others to carefully review and confirm membership terms before signing up.

Having members of different ages and backgrounds allows for a wealth of insights as well as discovering commonalities. The one major thing I have learned about myself is, feeling overwhelmed and or anxious lead me to drink alcohol. Going forward, I will either group myself or use the HALT method to get me through. Aside from this I have learned creating balance in my life will help me remain sober. Before being seen by her I was dealing with chronic disease and was doing the run around, my experience with other doctors were awful. She truly cared to keep medical charges as low as possible as I was being treated every month. While treating multiple chronic diseases she was honest that stress was triggering all my issues and recommended I change my environment. It took me some time but as soon as I did all the chronic diseases disappeared. I had been on 4 rounds of antibiotics and so much more medication. It has been 2 months and I'm so grateful for my new health and the honesty, care, support and treatment from Dr. Nguyen and her team. The best of the best. Thank you!
