I love the family feel to all of it! Nice young people serving and keeping up with the pace. Coke products on the fountain! Sweet and unsweetened tea available. I saw some milkshakes coming out of the back that looked real good! Soup of the day was French onion ! Looks like a family place . I can't wait to taste the liver and onions. I know, it's an acquired taste. We are having wings and a soup too. They have a great variety of offerings and they have FB specials to look into and special's at the door. Wings were an 8! Soup looked like it would stick to your ribs. Dad left nothing! Liver and Onions was sooooo good! We had a great server named Tim! He was awesome! We ended with a nice chocolate shake which was delish! Sunday traffic here is steady, but moves well. They are closed on Mondays.

Unfortunately, the hot dogs arrived first. The hot dogs were really good with mustard, chili and onions. The chili is tasty and it's the perfect consistency for a hot dog. I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, my waitress didn't show up for over 20 minutes. I was out of soda and I really wanted my salad. I finally asked if my salad was coming, and she said, "You didn't get it?"...Uh, no, that's why I'm asking you about it. My antipasto salad finally arrived and it was delicious. I would definitely order it again. The food here is good and it is reasonably priced. The service was not good on this particular Saturday afternoon.

Its a cute little hole and the hot dogs are good!! Not great, But good! I do love the sauce but their weiners are lacking! I do love the wet bun buts not from steaming its from the brine water the weiners were in! You have a flat top! Why aren't they grilled to order?? Fries are great! Not a fan of the purple cabbage coleslaw slaw the color is a big turnoff!! I tasted too much vinegar!@ but I will give it a 3 out of 5 Loved the vintage decor and that you kept it original and old school! Very upset that 1 hot dog with chili mustard onions w slaw & kraut, 2 hot dogs w chili mustard onions and cheese, small fries, a fountain pop and one draft small 8oz glass cost me $29 w taxes! that's freaking sad!! Your special 2 dogs w Fries $8 w chili onion and mustard so by adding cheese to 2 that should have been $2 extra, one beer $3, one fountain soda $3 and one hotdog $2.50 then another $2 for the slaw plus Kraft totals $20.50 plus taxes so should have been about $23 not $29...I was over charged $6!!! Stolen money@@ you never gave me an itemed receipt...she holders how much Rick...you throw some numbers out and I paid for someone else's ticket too!! I'm not coming back! I don't recommend you to go there and get ripped off!!

It's nice to be able to look around this place and see some history. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The French fries are hand cut and taste really good. They weren't too greasy and were crisp and tender in the middle. The hot dogs are wonderful. They have a great bite and yet are so tender inside. The chili is homemade for sure and I got the spicy chili. They don't lie that it is spicy but they forgot deliciousness. Each bite held the perfect portion of bun to dog to chili. My family really enjoyed their food that they received. This area has some great food going on and I shall make trips occasionally just to eat here again as it was that good. Keep up the good work you all as you are making people happy with what you do there.

They have their own private parking lot. They have an Oldie's Sick Hop Happy Days Theme going on....and I have to admit I liked it....ALOT!! THE BRIGHT and VIVID Colors were very exciting raising my endorphins and making me feel HAPPY!! They also serve Ice Cream, my grandkids would enjoy that!! I ordered a WV Dog with Chili, Slaw and Onions holding the mustard. I like mustard but some peeps can be too gung ho with the squirt bottles so it's easier to omit than jeopardize the end result. She asked me Regular, Medium or Hot Hot Dog Chili, so I went with medium and it was good but still too hot for my liking. Next time, regular will be my answer and yes definitely there will be a next time. I bought one hot dog and large fountain soda for less than $6. Food was good. The girls behind counter very helpful. Highly recommend especially if you want some eye pleasing nostalgic flashbacks to the Fonz.... Can't wait to take my family there!!! Oh by the way, there is a Great Antique Jukebox in the corner.

I mistakenly thought that I would be going to a Mexican restaurant but, to the contrary, Julio's is a fine dining ($$$) Italian restaurant. The buffet lunch was made-from-scratch and excellent. It featured perfectly fried thick-and-gooey grilled cheese sandwiches; white pasta fagioli soup; chicken pastina soup with ditalini pasta; garlic toast; and spicy marinated peppers (which I put on my sandwich). I've had pasta and fagioli soup many times over the years but none as good as this -- obviously made from a traditional recipe from a real Italian cook! Some also enjoyed mimosas or aperol spritzes. The party host also purchased small bottles of Prosecco wine from the restaurant for us to take home as party favors. The ambiance was very comfortable in the back room for our group of about 30 persons, with three tables of about ten ladies each. The food was served along the counter of the bar area. A waitress took and delivered our drinks. There was a fireplace in the room but it was not lit. I hope to return one day for a special occasion to try their dinner menu.

I'm so glad I listened to mom! :-) What a wonderful dinner! Rack of lamb was stupendous, Dad got the salmon, which was very flavorful! This is not a rush and eat quickly type of restaurant. Expect to be here in an hour or more. But it's worth the wait. Every dish comes out prepared to order. Fresh ingredients & we ate in the dining room -but the café also looked very inviting. If I'm ever in Clarksburg again and want a nice sit down dinner with a wonderful glass of wine, I will definitely come back to Julio's!

I also have to rave about the biscuits; they had that perfect contrast of being nice and crispy on the outside while remaining incredibly moist on the inside. All the servers were very nice. Gave us the rundown on any specials that they had and were just genuinely great people. For appetizers we got the pepper running rolls, which you absolutely must have! Make sure you get a side of marinara sauce because this stuff is off the chart. We ordered the meat sampler plate so we had a little bit of everything including ribs, brisket and pulled pork. It was absolutely delicious and the sauce was so complimentary to the meat. It did not overpower it in the least. The meat had a good amount of char to it so it was very delicious. Just the way I like barbecue. The bottom line? If I'm ever traveling this way again I will absolutely stop at this place! My waist line won't appreciate it, but I'm all in for those pepperoni rolls again!
