Two eggs, sausage, home, fries, and toast
Catherine S.

Good morning like the best breakfast experience I've ever had . Our waitress this morning name was Lily. The service was amazing. She was very patient and kind. She didn't rush us even though it was the first time and it was super busy. We took one of the last tables in the room of four because we thought friends were going to stay with us, but they had to leave very quickly. Everything was clean and neat and tidy. The food was out of this world. I had their homemade biscuits with homemade sausage, gravy, hashbrowns with onions, as well as a scrambled egg. The scrambled egg is cooked to perfection not to dry not wet just right everything came out hot hot hot like I like it. Did not have to send anything back. My other half had his regular sausages and eggs with toast everything he said was excellent he favorite voted it at night only because he wanted more sausage but he didn't need it anyways I definitely gave mine to 10+ the coffee was hot and fresh and refilled constantly. Even though it was super busy they did not have loud noises. Nobody was screaming crying. Everything was perfect. We are looking forward to coming here again. We were here once before for a friends funeral and just did not realize it was the same town. I will definitely come here again in the future if I'm in the area just to try something else. But let me tell you these biscuits and gravy were absolutely the best I've ever had. Thank you. Lily into the chef and everyone who made our breakfast fantastic and memorable.

Service and food were both good. Home fries were seasoned well. Omelette was cooked perfect. Parking is tight.

Went here for brunch with some friends!…read more Food: the shakshuka was a nice change in pace but it is definitely not comparable to others I have had in other breakfast places that make it very well. I think this was middle of the road type of shakshuka, not too bad not too great. The HOMEMADE corned beef hash is different than the corned beef hash on the menu, but this was good. Service: our server was super nice and attentive, quick and fast with drinks as well as food. Ambiance: this is a relatively new place, so it's clean and sleek on the inside and the seating is well spaced.

In a community where there are 10-12 Outstanding diners and…read moreother breakfast places why do people come to this place? The food is barely edible and the service leaves a lot to be desired. First off, we asked for coffee and water. No BS, the water had a bad aftertaste. The coffee was ok but I couldn't help but wonder what I was drinking if it was made with the same water. We ordered two breakfasts, my son had scrambled eggs with ham and toast. He didn't eat a quarter of it because he said the ham tasted funny. The potatoes were not seasoned and appear to have been deep fried. For my breakfast I had the veggie omelet with American cheese. I was served an omelet that was literally leaking water since nobody bothered to squeeze the water out of the diced vegetable. There was no cheese. I didn't want the toast or potatoes so I asked for the corn muffin. The muffin was cut in half but somehow they burned one half of tbe muffin. Let me ask again, in an area with classic diners serving amazing food and sit down restaurants where the food is legitimately great why would I ever eat here again.

Went for a Valentine's Day brunch with friends!…read more Food - incredibly good, I highly recommend the breakfast poutine. Lots of flavor and the kielbasa was amazing! My bf got the corned beef hash, he mentioned it was good but very dry. He was rather eating my plate more than his own. I would say the corned beef hash is interesting as it has homefries mixed in, which was a bit much for us. Service - quick, got us in and got all of our orders correct even with a full house. We waited approx. 40 mins for a table though for 6 people even though we were quoted 20 mins. Ambiance - the ambiance was good, it's a nice little restaurant and has nice waitresses/waiters. However, for such a busy place, there is literally no parking due to it being so packed. Also, they don't take reservations on weekends, which makes it even tougher. Overall, good experience (besides the wait) and everyone had great food!

There was only parking on the street, but since it was a weekday, it was easy to park out front. We got the waffle with bananas foster, Nutella crepe and a side of bacon. The portions were big, but the waffle became soggy from the toppings. Since it wasn't crowded, it was quiet and calm. The drinks menu looked fun!

We got there right at noon, and got a booth by the window. The menu had typical brunch options. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, my other friend got a chicken Caesar wrap, while another had an omelette with a side of home fries, and my last friend got some Mexican breakfast dish. We all enjoyed the food, but the service was a bit slow. We had to flag our waitress down to get additional water, and she never checked on us to see if we enjoyed the food. It was also unclear how we paid at the end because she never circled back to take our check so my friend went to the front to pay. It wasn't super busy to not check back in on us, so I think this is an area the restaurant could improve on.

While out on a country drive in Central Mass, I stopped by East View Farm in Rutland, which was…read morefairly busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The farm has animals, fresh produce, live music, BBQ food truck, and The Haven food counter. The Haven offers made to order breakfast sandwiches, Haven potato patties, smash burgers, hot dogs, ice cream treats, soft drinks, plus beer, wine, and cocktails. There are ample picnic tables and wooden chairs spread out around the farm. I decided to order some food at The Haven, while there was a live music performance at the nearby barn. I ordered the Single Patty Smash Burger ($7 plus tax) and The Loaded (Potato) Patties (2) ($11 plus tax) at the counter. My food was brought out to me in stages when things were ready. The Smash Burger came out first, which was a well done grilled beef patty topped with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and a zesty sauce on a soft grilled burger bun. This burger was a bit messy to eat, but pretty good. Next, one Loaded (Potato) Patty arrived since I was told the second loaded patty didn't come out the proper way and they would bring it out. The second patty arrived 7 minutes later with apologies for the wait. The fried potato patties are similar to latkes, topped with sour cream, bacon & cheese, which were very tasty. I enjoyed some of the live music performance as I ate my food. Overall, this food stand at East View Farm offered tasty food at a fair price. I would've gotten ice cream too, if I was still hungry.
