I also feel like the folks taking care of out cat genuinely enjoy spending time with him, and it feels good to leave him in the care of people who genuinely appreciate him and care like we do!

I called them multiple times and texted with the staff to ensure that he was doing alright. I was told that he was "sad", but that he was doing fine and was alright." I retained the text messages to prove this. I left an emergency contact who was my nephew in the event he did not do well or became ill during his stay. My emergency contact was never called. When my husband and I picked him up, he was scared, confused, very dirty and seemed very dazed. I asked if they used any sedation on him and I was told "no" by the owner who identified himself as Tom. (this conversation was done through email) He told me that my dog was not a good fit for the facility. He told me he stayed in his kennel/suite and he had to be hand fed. He told me that his staff tried to clean him after his "accidents". My dog is perfectly trained and has never had accidents. We recently moved back to Rochester, NY from another state. In our previous state he was boarded multiple times and was enrolled in daycare. He NEVER had any issues at any prior establishment and was always returned calm, clean and happy. I feel responsible in some ways because I never was shown the facility beyond the front desk. Although the website has a photo of an outside area, when we picked him up and drove to the back of the building, there was no outdoor space or fenced in play area of any sort. I do not understand why they would have allowed my dog to suffer like that for 10 days without contacting me or my emergency contact. the only reason I can think of is that they wanted their full 10 day fee of $545. I would never leave my pet with this establishment.

From the admin staff, to the vet techs, to the veterinarian(s), my experience was 100% positive and I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I was working with Dr. Benedetti specifically to resolve my pet's issue and she was an absolute pleasure. As I mentioned, it was a bit complicated, but Dr. Benedetti was always patient, helpful, and extremely warm, which during my stressful time, was very comforting. Her gentle disposition made even my spastic dog feel relaxed (which is quite the feat). The staff in general are just very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No question insignificant, and always on hand to clarify anything. A special shoutout to the admin staff too - they rock! I had to get several documents faxed into the office and out of it and the admin girls were always on top of it! Calling me if something hadn't come in/couldn't get out. Wonderful customer service through & through. The clinic is also very clean and welcoming for both pets and humans. Treats for the dogs (and cats too I assume) and complimentary coffee/beverages for guests to make the visit even more enjoyable. Five stars 100%!

On top of that they have some of the worst customer service I've ever recorded. Once I'm finally able to get on the phone with one of their vets they immediately put me on hold.
