The owner Mike, where do I begin; ya see I didn't come to this shop for a hair cut at first; I did my Due diligence in searching out a shop that does Micropigmentation a.k.a. hair tats; I've seen this new MPG aka hair tat's being blow up all over Instagram and I had a co worker who had it done a year ago in the city his tat's came out awesome but he told me to shop around because he over paid... Before I picked Mike for his service I've already had three other Consultations; Still not sold on the other three For various reasons I stumbled onto Mike's Instagram; just from watching some of his postings and watching him do the MPG before and after's had me at hello so I made an appointment went into see him had an awesome consultation with Mike he listens you could tell he loves what he's doing & after a 20 minute conversation with him I've booked my first session. My MPG tat took just two sessions; 1st session about 1 hr & 40 minutes; 2nd session one week later about the same time; What I love about this MPG is that you get instant results and this is just what I needed in my time of life.. I'm so happy with my final results; FYI, I was a static just after my first session !! So I'm not a cheat-on-my-barber type of guy. But because of COVID closures I needed a new place open now. I found this place on Yelp and stopped by, my oh my.... Looks like I found a new barber. The cut was perfect, and I'm very meticulous. Can you imagine, no edits were even needed! One and done. The fade was beautiful. The staff was very sanitary and made sure to make me feel safe and comfortable. They took my temperature, were wearing masks, and used disposable capes, the whole nine yards. My son just came back for a men's hair cut and costs $30??? Hair cut only no wash no other service. That is way too high. The hair cut looks ok but it is way too high for $30 hair cut. He has short hair not long hair. I booked him with the owner Michael (thought the review says he is the best) and it says $17 online but when he comes home my son told me it was $30. Came here all the way from ridgewood. Heard good things but then came to realize there is nothing therapeutic about this place, very disappointed. Way overpriced and I don't see the justification in the slightest for the extra charge. Furthermore, feels like a salesman is cutting your hair so best to keep shut while your hair is kept hostage.
