While there, I noticed that most therapists were engaged and administering effective care to their respective patients. I had Kristen, and I would recommend her to anyone. She was great a talking honestly and listening to me about my concerns, even when I disagreed or had a different idea. I felt like this place allowed patients to really have a say in their care, rather than just wait and see what they'd be offered. I am also a fan of their business model, focusing on results and effective care through above average customer service. Multiple times, I was asked to complete surveys to assess my satisfaction and improvement according to ME. I've just never seen another physical therapy venue with an emphasis on customer service -- sounds odd, but sure makes a lot of sense! Medical services are a exactly that - a service. They know exactly what they are doing and everything they have done has been beneficial for me. I have had zero issues with appointments. Mine are twice a week. I have seen several people miss appointments and simply show up later. They have a staff of 5 ladies in the office. They are on top of the clients appointments so I don't know here all this negative feeling are coming from. They do their job very well.

My mom is a patient there and has been here several weeks…read more I feel they are under staffed therefore unable to provide services and the care my mother is paying for, deserves and needs. I spoke with one of the office staff about my concerns. She said she would check in to all concerns. My mother is very weak, yes she has a few serious health concerns. That's why it is very important that she gets proper nutrition, which they do not supply. She is diabetic and today while I was there they are giving her tater tots, fried chicken tenders with applesauce,cooked carrots, biscuit and yogurt with whole milk to drink. They just drop off the tray and expect her to open everything and feed herself. If you choose to place your family members here ask questions and if something doesn't look of feel right check into it, report it and do a yelp review to make others aware. This facility needs to do better, much better.

My Dad had a stroke and was sent to Cape Fear Valley hospital and then sent to Cape Fear Rehab. Big…read moremistake! He laid in their facility and got severely dehydrated, didnt eat for 2 weeks there, finally put a feeding tube in after I asked 3 times. He is in his 80's his body needed time to recover, I suppose he didnt recover quick enough for them, so they called his insurance and said he refused therapy which started the ball rolling on trying to get him discharged. My family never saw his doctor or PA the full time he was there. I am only giving a one star rating because you cant give zero. No advocacy for the patient from case worker there either. Cape Fear Valley hospital and rehab are a complete joke, granted there were a few good nurses and one or two physical therapist. Will never send a loved one to either of those places again, if your smart do the same.
