I have done some trainings through Pacific Trauma Center and absolutely love the way Lisa Larson…read moreand Kelly Larson teach! I would highly recommend if you are a therapist and interested in brainspotting, to take a training through them. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to start seeing a therapist there for brainspotting for myself. As a therapist, it is hard for me to find someone I really like and feel comfortable with, but I have found that with Veronica Kennedy! I have seen her three times now and she is wonderful! I highly recommend Brainspotting, it really does work, and I am so thankful for this center and the healing it has brought into my life!

Please be careful going into this type of treatment. My counselor Veronica did not respect my…read moreboundaries. Her agenda was clear at the beginning of the session when I told her to focus on the rape and she insisted I deal with long past childhood trauma. I said no. She didn't listen. I was left with feelings of despair and anguish for at least a week. In July 2019 I was strangled and raped. In another instance, Veronica had the audacity to ask me if the strangulation was a "thought" or a "memory." In hindsight I should have told her it was a FACT. Why was she questioning me about my credibility anyway? I'm just saying, as a trauma victim you are very vulnerable and your boundaries should never be ignored due to the therapist's own adgenda. Unacceptable. Beware.

I have had the privilege of speaking with Sarah, on three separate occasions regarding concerns…read moreabout myself and my daughter on one occasion...and I can honestly say that each session has been nothing short of transformative. From the moment we began, she had a sense of calm, wisdom, and profound understanding that immediately put my mind at ease each and every time. What stands out most is Sarah's ability to engage without judgment, providing insights and support that are not only honest but deeply soothing. Each time I started the sessions, I was feeling uncertain, or perhaps even less than, then, I left with a renewed sense of clarity and self-worth. It's as if she has an innate gift for seeing through the chaos and helping you rediscover your strength. Sarah's approach is nothing short of magical. I can't fully explain it, but every session felt like an emotional reset, like a weight lifting off my soul. It's rare to encounter someone who can create such a profound shift in how you see yourself, and even rarer to meet someone whose impact lasts long after the conversation/session is over. I genuinely feel that Sarah has a rare gift, and her ability to guide and heal is unparalleled. I've never met anyone quite like her, and I can say without hesitation that she is a true magic worker for the soul. If you have the opportunity to work with her, don't hesitate... your life will be richer for it. Thank you, Sarah. Heather

Her emotional intelligence exceeds my own, she tells it like it is with absolutely no judgement, she gets to the meat and bones of every issue so effortlessly, like a sharp knife through butter. And, she doesn't know this yet, but my then boyfriend and I came to her at a crossroads in our relationship, when all signs pointed to "Exit", and we are now happily married. Life just so happens to be moving us up close to Northern California and we plan to start seeing Sarah regularly for "maintenance". Our insurance does not cover our visits, but she is well worth the fee, as someone else commented.
