They came the next day to replace the fan limit switch and pilot assembly. They charged me $1242.00. The service tech was there about 1/2 hours. I wrote to them three times to break down the labour and parts. They ignored me. We got back in mid march and my husband who is a trades person and certified electrician priced out the parts. He priced the switch at $65 and $75 for the pilot assembly. Cost should have been no more than $500 He called them numerous times to get them to explain the inovice. But they did not call back. I only used them because we had put in a new A/C at our house the year before. But now I see many reviews saying the same thing, over pricing and gouging. They knew I couldn't get other quotes, they had me over a barrel.
