They arrived exactly on time, Spoke well, understandable and polite. They first spent time lining the home with drop cloth , covering near by furnture with plastic. It made me comfortable that they respected my property. Then, the removal of the old windows. Very little noise and very little dust or debris. After that came the install of the windows. It was seamless, everything fit perfectly. Then, the trim work and finish trim. This is where I feel high quality carpenters are needed for a good install The team at Window Solution Plus, has great carpentry skills. The trim work both inside and outside look terrific. Spot on. The next stage was cleanup. It wasn't a 15 minute rush job. Instead, it was a well executed professional job, lasting over 1 hour. Vacuuming, dusting inside. Actually washing certain areas of the floor. Then the coup de grace, they go around the property near the outside of windows and pick-up debris by hand, then vacuum. When they leave , the inside and outside is perfect. Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. The huge wooden table outside is a giveaway for what's to come and you'll notice exceptional designs that come at a price. These folks use real wood and no MDF or Particle Board crap. This is absolutely a premier treasure trove with humongous wood slab samples the same way there are smaller furniture pieces you can grab from the floor. We took a look at the intricate wood detailing and knew we were in the right place. Tried to speak to a floor person but the owner's wife suggested we speak to him directly as he has a better handle on design. He was busy so we scheduled an early Saturday afternoon appt to talk to him about style and price. Mauricio was welcoming, knows his stuff and answered all our questions. But between an extremely hefty kitchen gut job+repair+cabinets+labor, we didn't want to break the bank for a small dining table. So when we gave him measurements for a 5' wood table with black metal legs, we were looking at $3,150. I get it...it's custom made. Eyes wide open. Not ruling these folks out yet. Even if you don't buy anything, it's a great place to get lost for a couple of hours.
