I had such an amazing first experience at Ascension. I did a 22 minute guided cold plunge with Danielle. Danielle talked me through getting acclimated to the water which was at 46 degrees. She stayed with me almost the whole time (which was optional) and I felt so comfortable. I felt very relaxed. The room is dark with a little mood lighting. I have been coming here since they opened many moons ago. I actually met the owner, Danielle, when she just worked at the Commack store, probably over 10 years ago now. In fact, she's the only reason I moved from that location to hers, because I am way closer to Commack. Of course I can say I love all the services and water but honestly ...we go places because of the people who are there and our experience. She is one of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She is kind, honest and completely generous and giving. She has turned a "water filling station" into a spa atmosphere that makes everyone feel connected and safe. The deep connections she's made with her clients, the glowing reputation she has in Huntington, the kindness that she shows her staff... really makes you feel like you're part of a tight-knit family. I have seen her go above and beyond for people, including myself. I want to point out that this is not just a hobby project for a rich person, this business is the labor of extreme love, blood, sweat, tears and passion for wanting to genuinely help people with their health and wellness. I love being part of it and seeing what it has turned into and constantly evolves into. This is what you'll find: There are two stores in one in this historic building. The downstairs area is where you would fill up all your jugs of water, which someone always gives me a hand because the glass is heavy. Down there you'll also get to browse any of the PHountain branded things, such as Green Phactor, which has insanely transformed my health getting rid of my acid reflux immediately. The new cold plunge is also down there and I can't wait to try it, but I'm a baby! Then when you go to the top floor, you enter a serene, calm energy space. They have 4 infrared saunas, an entire yoga studio which offers many classes throughout the week and convenient times and even options to do private sessions, there's a amazing massage therapist that actually takes insurance, there also is a room where you can do the ionic foot bath which has to be the coolest thing if you never tried it, you should. There's a whole area where you can shop for jewelry, crystals, amazing candles that burn for hours and don't fill your home with toxins, tinctures... anything anyone needs is there. They also sell sea moss gel which is amazing and so hard to find. There's I always awesome events too! So many cool vendors and good food! All in all --I love this place and it's changed my life for the better since I've gone. I find it extremely hard to be consistent with things but phountain, and this location only, is a place I will always come to. Hope to see you try it sometime. read more

After having very negative dealings with the Phountain Sayville location I decided to give the Hunting location a try bc I really love the product. Well everything apparently happens for a reason bc this place is AMAZING. It is a beautiful historic building. It supports woman in so many ways and the owner is a beautiful soul who I felt an immediate comfort with. Can't say enough about this place. Amazing place for water but even more so for their services. Their saunas are infared with blue tooth speakers in a perfect ambiance. This location is the best on Long Island! The staff is extremely kind and knowledgable about the products. I LOVED the infrared sauna. And the vibration therapy was also great. Amazing " can't say enough about this program" Was depleted tired drained from numerous maladies. Left their store 3 hours later feeling energized empowered and more able to handle the challenges of my health problems. I was somewhat skeptical prior to going to Phountain, and after spending some 3 hours there, i left feeling like my old self. I would say on a positive note the product(water) is good. The customer service from the employees is why my review of this business gets a low rating. Over several months last year myself and my wife were customers. Every time I drove to the store to refill my 5 gallon jugs it was a hassle. I would literally stand at the entrance with both hands full, unable to open the door to get in while an employee would stare at me through the glass. Just like a deer in head lights not helping. Once inside they gave me an attitude about not knowing how to balance the PH properly on multiple occasions like I'm just supposed to know.... I went once a month so it wasn't like I was an expert right away. One time an employee was on her iPhone not paying attention while I struggled to clean the jugs in the sink. It's not easy at all, I figured this can't be the only way. Well after 20 minutes she finally looked up when I was done and casually said "yea by the way next time you can use the jug cleaner it's over there." Thanks for the help after the fact. The last straw was when my wife who has a chronic illness and can't lift heavy objects like full water containers called ahead to see if someone could maybe help her out lifting them. She was assured someone would be able to help and drove to phountain expecting the help she was promised. Of course that didn't happen and they denied saying they would help her and that maybe that employee left for the day? They did offer a wagon to drag it down the streets of Huntington. Nice. We cancelled our subscriptions since and haven't looked back. read more

Educational and very inspiring, not to mention therapeutic and relaxing. The managers are extremely warm and friendly, they are also contagiously passionate about the treatments they offer and the lifestyle they are unveiling to you. After the sauna, vibration machine, detox foot bath, tons of alkaline water and one of their surprisingly-not-gross green drinks, the first result I saw just a couple of hours later was the incredible glow on my face and skin. All my little spots and red patches were completely gone. It made me feel like a million bucks and I can already tell the benefits will keep showing up in the next few days. Amazing find.
