*updated* 1st post - (maroon nails) We went to test out a new nail salon. We set up an appointment very easily over the phone and they were ready for us when we came in. The lady and gentlemen helping my sister and I were very friendly and gently on our hands! Over all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend testing out this nail salon! 2nd post - (baby pink nails) so I took my own advice and went back to this nail salon. The gentleman was very friendly but for some reason he had 4 other people standing around him watching him do my nails and talking which was uncomfortable for me. He was unable to draw a simple heart on my ring finger nail so I decided to just stay plain again. He left air bubbles and splashed black paint from the heart he attempted on my nail. These pictures are taken 2 days later so that I could see if the color on my skin would come off but it did not. This time was definitely not a good experience to say the least. read more

Dee is very kind and welcoming. 1 Con: Make sure to make an appointment!! The times I haven't had one I end up spending 3 hours there, having 3 different technicians, and waiting for too long in between steps because they kind of forget I'm there. Instead, If I make an appointment, I have the same technician working on my full service. Sa is by far my favorite technician. read more

I've been coming to this salon for 4 years and not until recently have my nails been breaking and lifting way to easily and this recent visit was my last straw my cuticles burn like crazy it took way too long and everyone in the salon clearly knew my nails were not done right. The first time me and daughter went we love what service. BUT yesterday I sent my daughter with her cousin to get their nails done before prom. And they did a crap job on my daughter nails. The lady who did said she was the manager. Told my daughter the nails are to wide to cover the whole nail. Then paint the look like it was old and streaky and had holes. The manger said it so It looks good from a far. Which is BS. I will not ever go here again. They just rush her in and out. So I will be taken my business else where read more

I was visiting Omaha for the weekend and my friend and I went to Thi Nail and Spa because her normal salon was closed. The service was terrible and I ended up with the WORST pedicure I've had in my life. The gentleman that did my nails rushed through the pedicure and globbed the polish on my toe nails. He didn't clean up the skin around my nail beds so I walked out with uneven polish and polish on my skin. Super unprofessional. Stay away from this place. read more

Thi Nails was my go-to nail spot for close to a year. I am so sad that I moved to another city because I miss getting my nails done there. The owner is super friendly and remembers her customers, even over the phone. I got manicures from many of the nail techs and all of them were good, but Eric's work really stands out. He has perfectionist tendencies which is so important for me because I am also a perfectionist and tend to pick at my nails if I don't like something. The nails were always so perfectly smooth and evenly painted. What's really important is he knows how to build the acrylic on a nail so it is strong structurally and does not break or lift in between fills. This is so important because I have a very hands-on job. I never had a bad experience at Thi Nails. It definitely deserves 5 stars. read more

I absolutely love dDream Nails!! I have been coming here for 10 years and have had several of their services done. From manicure to pedicure, eyebrow wax, and back massage. I had ingrown toenails for over 50 years. Dee's staff took the patience and time to correct that for me, so I could wear sandals again!! Their pricing is very competitive, but you cannot just come in and request the cheapest service available! There is a beautiful Pedicure menu book available to make sure there are no pricing issues! I bring my granddaughter here, and she is 6. I wouldn't do that if I didn't trust them explicitly!! read more

I started by calling the salon to get a feel of the customer service. The conversation was rushed and was told to come in right now. The price was lower than most. My pedi was amazing with hot stones and loved how they actually followed state law for sanitation. I suggested my mom try them out. She did knowing I am very particular when it comes to nail salons. My mom felt completely rushed. Dee fixed a nail and did a fill in 20 mins. Dee, owner may I add, actually told her she had a air bubble and the nail would come off. I couldn't believe they let her leave knowing there was a air bubble since this can cause bacteria. read more

Went about 3 days ago. The man that did my nails was very rude to me. Yelled when I was talking to the person that went with me and pulled on my arms constantly. My nails broke the next day. The man that did my nails told me he did not need to see my reference picture again and messed up my nails and was so rude to the point that I told him to just put a top coat on so I could leave. I used to recommend this place to every single person that would comment on how good my nails looked, and they did look amazing until they did a fast, bad job on my nails MULTIPLE times, and yes I continued to go back after they did it bad once because I thought "hey maybe they were just busy" but no. They just do sloppy jobs and don't care. A DAY after I get my French tip acrylic nails done the acrylic is already coming up and chipping plus the clear coat on top is spotting and didn't even fully cover my entire nail. It's sad to say but they aren't as good as they were. I used to love this place but I guess I'll have to find somewhere different. read more

They didn't give my friend the shape she wanted and when she asked to fix something, they gave her attitude or made it obvious they weren't that willing to fix it. The nails were too thick. We went here to find a new nail salon to go to that was closer. Not impressed at all. Didn't sanitize any of their tools they were using. At the other nail salon we went to, it was $30 dollars for nails and they are super respectful and always had patience. I definitely recommend taking the time to go to Nail Experts instead of this place. They also cut her finger and now it is bleeding with a bandaid on it. None of the nails are same shape or same length. read more

Not a good place to get your nails done. My nails are a completely different color than what I asked for and showed them. I asked for the coffin shape as sure as they could be for that shape yet they are way longer than I normally get at any other place. It was very rushed and they did my friends nails in under five minutes and they did not turn out good. The woman who did my nails caused my nail to bleed, put some of the acrylics on crooked, and there are bumps, black spots, and hairs in my nails. This was a horrible experience, I would never go again. Definitely do not recommend read more

i went to this salon yesterday 9/23/19 and asked for acrylic tips with dip. they asked the girl next to me that was also getting acrylics if she wanted shellac on top. they did not once ask me what i wanted but i ddi tell them multiple times. he started shaving my cuticles off completely once he started. he also used WAY too much of the acrylic on each of my nails making them very thick and messy. there are two nails on my right hand that somehow got acrylic underneath and they were poking my skin causing a cut underneath my acrylics on my fingertips. we finally got through all of the pain of him shaving down my skin with the electric file and then he asked what color i wanted. i told him i wanted dip, which you normally apply after the base layer of the pink acrylic. he looked at his coworker because he obviously did not know how to use dip and she quickly snapped at me and said that it was too late for dip. i was obviously very frustrated at this point, my fingernails were hurting but i just had to "get over it" and pay for something that was 1. not up to my standards, 2. painful as hell, and 3. looked absolutely terrible. do not get acrylics at thi nails, if you want them to look good at least. read more

I absolutely love Thi Nail and Spa. My nails are always beautiful and De has never hurt me! Best of all I have suffered from ingrown toe nails all my life. I would never think to get a pedicure because my feet were so ugly! I suggested that they placed a fake nail on my toes and with there're gentle pedicure and care they have completely fixed a lifetime of pain! I did not think it was possible to fix or rid me of the pain, but they took the time, and were so careful. I am so very pleased!! read more
