In 1996 John Scinicariello opened John the Baker in Pembroke Pines and now there are a few others in the area. The Pembroke Pines location has been on my radar ever since Dave Portnoy gave it a 7.6. This location is close to home and I now have a new favorite pizza place. Thin crisp crust ordered with John's sauce - fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and red pepper for the perfect hint of spice and topped with fresh mozzarella and meatball. Chicken Parm was excellent. This is right up there as one of my favorites comes with garlic rolls and a side of pasta.
