5 stars for the most incredible smells coming from this restaurant. When I go to Publix I park in the back of the building and walk through the byway between the buildings to get to the front. As soon as I get out of my car I want to go inside to eat instead of grocery shopping. I always see a line to get in. Check them out, great stuff!

When I first walked in almost everyone greeted me. Super friendly, asked what I needed, explained each choice. Something I really appreciate is when the beverages are not listed or in plain sight they told me all the options instead of me guessing. Small things like that made it super welcoming. I had two plain slices and lemonade. Pizza was great, thin slices and reminded me of home (NJ). Overall, 5/5 experience, worth checking it out!

Large side salad with half creamy Italian & half ranch (I couldn't decide) both were good but I preferred the Italian.

Great spot. Service was great & the atmosphere was nice & comfortable. Food was also great. It all came out piping hot. The Grandmas Pizza was a fan favorite at our table. The crust was light & airy. It had the perfect crisp. My husband got the sausage with spaghetti & really liked it. My sister got the tortellini Alfredo & had zero complaints. Our server said they've been open around 50 years. I guess that's for good reason :)

At the dead center of the Hillsboro Square in Deerfield Beach is this oddly original named family pizza joint. The double ovens were pumping out pizzas in full force as my wife and I waited for our first taste of the thin sliced NY style pizza at a great price of only $3.49. We had a dinner engagement in the area but decided to grab a slice as a quick appetizer to tie us over for a couple of hours. We waited only a few minutes until the lightly charred heavily cheesy slice was placed on the pay counter begging for my undivided attention. The gender assigned bathroom was clean with small white tile walls and vinyl flooring depicting bold black and white mosaic patterns. The big combo special of the day includes a large 16" pizza, 8 chicken wings and a two litre bottle of soda for $32.95. For some reason, there were no patio tables out front (optional full service inside dining room) so we carefully ate the pizza in my vehicle, which now perpetuated a welcoming strong garlic aroma. The thin slice was above average in size and the cornicione was crisp with a mid-tangy sauce.

Overall, the pizza was amazing. We had a large pie cooked well done. We would definitely come back if we were in the area. The service was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. And we found a lot of value in our meal. The only knock on the place was it was very hot. We were here on a summer afternoon so I'm sure that didn't help but overall it's definitely someplace. I'd go back to.

I had the privilege of dining at the newest Thick & Thin Italian Restaurant located in the Publix shopping center at 230 South Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach. This restaurant is larger than the original restaurant which is located on SR 441 in Boca Raton. As always, the food is exceptional as is the service. The three owners and their staff make your dining experience a true pleasure. Mama Catherine and her daughter Daniella are in the kitchen, and Alex (the brother) is busy making different types of pizza . They have an open kitchen so you can observe your food being made. I had the meatball parmigiana sandwich and my guest had the eggplant parmigiana sandwich. Both were very tasty. I had an Arnold Palmer drink (1/2 iced tea and 1/2 lemonade), and that was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and best of all, their prices are reasonable for an Eastside restaurant.

Quaint pizza place with traditional old Italian decor with an ancient looking double steel oven. Every pizza that came out of the oven looked beautiful. Could not resist and bought a slice that I split with my hubby. It was a gorgeous day out but no place to sit outside and eat.

This is our first time at Thick and Thin's Deerfield Beach location, we typically frequent their Boca Raton spot that is closer to home. We stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleased to see they offer lunch specials on weekends--lots of places only offer these on weekdays. The 2 Slice + Drink special for $8.75 is a great deal. Service was quick and the slices were fresh and hot. I added pepperoni to one and mushrooms to the other. Pleased to report their mushrooms are fresh, I avoid places who serve them from a can. We also ordered a half-dozen Garlic Rolls which were served hot and cooked perfectly, with plenty of chopped garlic which is a must. We'll certainly be back!

From order to delivery was very quick. I did not find evidence of the extra cheese that I did order although it was very tasty. Perhaps not needed after all. I'm not a crust eater normally, however I found this crust is flavorful, pillowy and delicious. Overall would order again. Definitely worth stopping for. I did not eat in person. I had it delivered. It was hot upon delivery and delicious.

Let me start off by saying, I think this pizza place is underrated. My husband and I are from Miami and we were staying at the Boca Raton resort for the weekend celebrating our 2 yr wedding anniversary... I'm 6 months pregnant and I was craving pizza so we decided to dine out of the resort and hopped on yelp and found this gem. We were searching for a small mom & pop pizza place (not a chain) with delicious pizza. Boy, did thick & thin deliver. It was EXACTLY what we wanted. We started off with their mozzarella sticks (yum!)... and then, the absolute star of the show, we ordered the highly recommended "Grandma's pizza." Ummm WOW!!!!! It was easily one of our top favorite pizzas that either of us have ever had in our lives. So much so that we are already talking about making the drive from Miami (1.5 hrs) to come back to the area specifically just for this pizza and we will make a day out of it. We didn't finish the pie and took it home with us - just popped it into the air fryer and I'm drooling all over again, as good as new! I also now think I understand the meaning behind the name of the restaurant. It's not thin pizza, but it's also not necessarily thick either, it's right in the middle and somehow combines the best attributes of both thick and thin pizzas. It's crispy but fluffy at the same time. The service and value (price) were also awesome. Definitely recommend this pizza spot, can't beat it! We will be back!!!! read more

Family owned businesses very reasonable prices on Italian entrees which I am Sicilian so I know . Linguini Calamari delicious I would ask for extra marinara next time - each entree comes with choice of soup or salad small & 3 delicious garlic knots . My fiancé had eggplant parmigiana he loved it . Pizza looked great maybe next time . Owners present kind family love shown . They are from NY & Sicily for me that's a huge plus ! Whether we eat at this one or the other one in Boca Raton, it is always so good! The only thing is the garlic rolls are never warm. I have to ask for them to be heated up every time at least the one in Boca. We love the ambience and Patty has been our waitress for many years. read more

I keep getting the pizza since so good. Excellent crust and comes out hot. I keep saying next time we come I want to try dinner but since pizza so good keep ordering pizza. RACIST ESTABLISHMENT......STAY AWAY!! My husband and I heard about this new pizza place in our area and decided to try it. Well. We walked in and the place was moderately filled. The waitress/hostess looked at us when we entered.....never acknowledged us and walked to the kitchen of the restaurant. We stood there awkwardly for approximately 5 minutes. No one offered to seat us or acknowledged our presence! We were the ONLY minorities in the restaurant, so it was obvious that our presence was not welcomed......so we headed to MUNCHIE'S were the food and service are exceptional!!! read more

After picking up my boat from Bass Pro Shop in Dania Beach with a neighbor, we decided to drive to Deerfield Beach (with boat in tow) to try a pie. We arrived to be promptly greeted and drink order taken. We chose a large pie with pepperoni and sausage, well done. We chatted for a bit and our pie arrived in a short period of time. The pie had good flavor and cooked to perfection with a thin, crisp crust. Service was very attentive with our server stopping by several times to check on our needs. The booths were comfortable and place was quiet and clean. The menu had a nice selection with some baked pasta dishes I'd definitely like to try. I'll be returning for sure. Everyone was very nice. The only thing is I wish they offered an 18" pie (large is 16") and they were closer. read more

My boyfriend and I went on a Friday night and loved our meal. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Sandwich, which came with a thin chicken cutlet, and Caesar salad on a homemade roll. It was delicious, and the portion was large enough that I could only eat half. My boyfriend ordered the house burger, which we had heard was excellent, and he was very happy with it. The real star of the meal, though, was the pizza. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, which came topped with chicken cutlet pieces tossed in barbecue sauce. It was absolutely delicious. I'm usually not a huge BBQ chicken pizza fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. My boyfriend is still talking about the pizza days later! I also got a side of their ranch, which paired perfectly with the pizza. The only downside is that it's a smaller restaurant with limited indoor seating, but we got lucky and a spot opened up just before our food arrived. They also had some interesting monthly specials that looked worth trying. We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Someone ordered the tempura udon, they said the broth was a little bland, the udon were cooked perfectly, but of course the tempura gets soggy as it's sitting on top of the udon. They also ordered the fried JB roll, the hot mama roll, and an eel and salmon hand roll. While I can't comment on those things, everybody was incredibly satisfied with their meal and everything was reasonably priced. I didn't pay for this meal, so unfortunately I can't comment on the bill, but I can say this is not a cheap sushi restaurant. The prices are a little higher than average, but you're also getting what you pay for. The quality is spot-on and is exactly what you hope for when you have a sushi craving. The service was fast and they made great recommendations. Their sushi roll selection is not huge by any means, but their menu has a lot of diverse options on it. The only thing that I can't stand, but is of course very common with Sushi and Asian restaurants, is having canned soft drinks. This is a personal preference and didn't impact my rating at all. Overall, I would definitely come back to try other things!
