There was also a moment where we pushed back on the slab count and rather than brushing us off, they looped in the right people to work it through with us. That's just good business. I was updated with pictures throughout the process. We had a hiccup with low water pressure when we came back, but Guy came out to personally take care of it, so it was resolved quickly (stop valve had not been fully opened). I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them for any future remodeling.
