The pricing on items is reasonable and they over so many events on a weekly basis that have prizes and promos too! My fiancé and I have been for Magic commander nights and Disney Lorcana nights and we always leave with some kind of free promos and goodies! I have preorderd products from them (including hard-to-get items like Cursed City) and have had no problems whatsoever getting what I need. Their paint racks are always stocked. Their Warhammer model selection is hit and miss--I mean, they have a LOT, but there's just so many products that there's no way they can carry all of it. But if I need something that isn't there, they'll happily order it for me, and there's always a good below-retail discount. 5/5 would recommend highly/

No signs about CCTV but it is understood, I think. However, for awhile they also had something like a ring camera which streams/records not only video but audio also behind counter but aimed to view both customers & employees at cash register. I repeatedly complained-at the time the white girls still there & suspected it was to spy on the employees at cash register. No longer there now. I habitually get my 24.2 oz Folgers coffee cans there for about $11 USD. However, today 07/12/2025, when barcode scanned $19 for one type, $21 for another type! Even the employee was shocked. No individual price tags and the shelf prices are now missing. A sudden jump of $9-$10???? Suspicious. Yes, we tried different coffee cans but same results.
